Carpets are cleaner than any other service I've used. You don't get surprise charges or several add ins that you didn't know about. The service techs are efficient and friendly.

We loved how we were able to see the dirt, hair, and dust collected from the carpet. We loved the look, feel, and smell (or lack of smell) in the carpet. Ricardo was a wonderful technician! We really want him to come back when we have our carpet cleaned again in 6 months! He is terrific! His professionalism and caring attitude will help Zerorez go far!
I was pleased with the service man , but all the areas of concern, that he asked me about , did not come out very good , my wife Allison said the areas looked just. as dirty, she wants me to get another carpet cleaner company to come out and get the stains out, not a good result for zerorez
