On- time, professional, courteous
I was delighted with the service at Zerorez. From scheduling appointment through completed cleaning the team there were professional, friendly, reasonable, and helpful. Robert cleaned thoroughly and cheerfully went back over a few spots again at request. He was helpful in identifying some areas of carpet that may need special injection treatment to reconnect the surface carpet to the carpet pad beneath. I would use them again, and recommend others do so. Susan Hackett
Healthy products, great service
The service did a very good job on very dirty carpets. We just want to see how it does over a period of several days and weeks. We hope it ends up being the best we have had!
The technician Jimmy was great. He was very informative and extremely polite and courteous.

No lingering smell
On the day that I scheduled the cleaning there was severe weather with lots of rain and possible tornado warnings. The technician that did the cleaning was a little preoccupied with several personal phone calls. He finished the job quickly and headed his way. I didn't think much of it because it looked clean and good. However, after the carpets dried I have noticed areas that I feel didn't get a through cleaning and still look dirty. Also, the promotion that was promised, a gift card to a steak house, has yet to arrive. I wish I would have spent an extra $30 more and schedule with another company to clean my house because I would have had their guarantee that they will come back to redo what I found was unsatisfactory. Very disappointed!!
Our quote was different from what we were charged.
Zeroez techs were very efficient, prompt, conscientious, and attentive to customer's satisfaction with services provided. I felt as if Zerorez truly cares about doing quality and excellent work for its customer.
there are streaks in the carpet in the den...and there had to be a leak in the hose...there are two water spots in the den area and a huge water spot in the hall...someone is coming out on monday march 28 to fix the issue...only problem with that? i have guess coming on easter sunday which was the whole purpose of requesting your cleaning services.

Pet service not effective at all
My pet smells in our carpet are totally gone!!

Committing times were missed without calling twice leaving all our furnishings out side , wanting to schedule another day I had previously told them my 82 yr husband recovering from heart @ colon would not be able to move furniture etc he had to call the office 3 to 4 different times trying to get someone here to clean the carpet . Finally a person came from the other part of town to clean at dark thirty Eric then did a great job !! We did not need the extra Stress. !!!
We are guardian of two elderly ladies who had not had their cleaned for aver 10 years. The high traffic areas were nearly black as a result. Your technician could not promise how well he could clean those areas, but we told him to do the best he could the duplex was a rental and so we the could not replace the carpet. The results were beyond our expectations. The carpet is now practically uniform in color with almost no trace of the high traffic areas at all! We were astounded!
