I like the fact that Vincent is going to refund my money for the area rug that was cleaned EXCEPt for the fringe. It has to go to the factory to be clean. I can't use the rug because the Fring is so dirty. There was no hassle about the refund. I did tell the tech in since several of my rugs had fringe I would not have them cleaned I suppose it was a misunderstanding. No problem it was taken care of by giving me a refund. I would recommend Zerorex to
My friends.. My area rugs were not expensive so that's another reason I didn't want them cleaned It would cost more than the rug was worth. Vincent
Understood the problem. Finley was very professional and did a good job on steam cleaning the tiles on my kitchen floor . The products used on the Carpet was wonderful as there was no crunch when you walked on the carpet plus there wasn't a strong smell of chemicals. Yes, I would use Zerorex

My carpet is clean and fluffy
I cancelled my appointment by phone the day before scheduled (at 8:17 AM)and the next day at around 5 PM a guy showed up. He was talking on the phone and did not even hang up to talk to me. He said to my son that "this was the 2nd time today this happened." Then it was billed to me by computer. I called to get the charge removed. Now you want my feedback on the work (not done). I called your company because it was advertised on Christian radio.

There is no residue after the carpet is dry and stays cleaner longer. The tech on my job was extremely polite and accommodating on any request I had regarding the cleaning process, and answered any question I had. I am somewhat disabled, and he assisted in helping me move two small pieces of furniture so the carpet could be cleaned under those pieces. I used your services in 2013, and the presentjob was the only time I have had my carpets cleaned since that date. I have recommended your company to several friends and have the proof of your product by the compliments I receive when any one asks me "When did you get new carpet?" If I need any services in this area, your company will be the first one I call.

The tech who came out to clean our very carpet that had very old stains did a beautiful job of getting out all but the very largest worst stain and that is considerably improved. He far exceeded my expectations!
