I have had some specific carpet concerns that a competitor did not resolve.
About 3 years ago a dedicated and persistent technician tackled the issue
with tenacity! Zero Rez is now my only carpet cleaning company!
Very efficient service. The carpet looks brand new after cleaning.
The service man was courtesy and dos a great job. Now that it has fully dried it still looks dirty.
First of all I like the people you employ. They are hardworking and really want you to be happy with the results. Edwin did my carpets this time and really spent time to get the carpets clean and sanitized. Next I like that it is 'green' cleaning and will not harm children or pets.
One thing I wish you would consider is reducing the price for the pet treatment. If you have pet issues you really need this service but it is priced so that most can't afford it.

Tile was not cleaned as well as wanted. Areas close to walls were missed. We were charged $75 for extraction treatment when we were told on the phone that there would be charge to come back out. Odor is still in room after the treatment.

Technician tried to raise the price midway into the job as the scratch he has quoted to remove proved dificult.
Overall shine achieved is disappointing as he didn't polish for that long.he previously sowed us pictures of travertine with more shine. I would like return visit (at no cost) for further shine
