My master bathroom was not cleaned. It needed it very badly. I did not like the fact that the amount I owed was changed 3 times! I don't like doing business that way. The men were very polite and took care of all my furniture and possessions. They weren't going to do my formal dining room until they called me and told me it wasn't figured in. As I said it WAS figured in, I was there. These dimensions were measured into the original quote. They did do a general cleaning in the formal dining room. Why wasn't the master bathroom done?
The carpet cleaning, as always, is very good. We tried the tile/grout cleaning as well this service, and were amazed at how well it looked. It truly looks like when it was first installed.
The pet treatment service was nothing like what was explained to me when I booked the appointment. I was told by Sheree when I booked the appointment, that the pet treatment was $75/gallon which would treat a 2' X 2' area. When the technician arrived my wife was told the pet treatment would be $975 for 13 gallons. We were also told that the one gallon of pet treatment would cover a few square inches -- not feet. The carpet that needed pet treatment is less than 60-days old. And, it was only 3 small separate areas. Not the whole room. For the price of the service, we can re-carpet the room. We've used ZeroRez twice now, and both times the service is not as promoted.

Our initial interest was in the chemical free cleaning process and the safety of our pets and child. After my initial phone call, I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the phone agent. She was very polite and explained the services as well as the promotion that was currently being offered. Our experience with the customer service agents throughout the ENTIRE experience was beyond anything I had expected and I was very happy.
Upon arrival of our technician, Braxton, another surprise awaited. Braxton was polite from the very start and formally introduced himself to both me and my wife. He explained the services very clearly and answered any and all questions that we had. Braxton measured the areas to verify they were within the size requested and even offered other services that we will definitely use in the future. My family and I could not be happier with the outcome of the service and Braxton! He truly exemplifies what good customer service should be, and as a business owner myself, I would love to have an employee of his caliber.

The service was terrific ! Shane and Justin were a total delight and very professional ! I enjoyed them being here and how hard they worked and explained different cleaning approaches to us . BUT, We are still waiting for the receipt to be emailed to us at this address. Justin ask if he should email it and I said, that would be fine and still do not have it .
When we hire your services again, Justin and Shane will be the professionals we will gladly request.

On 2/26 we had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned and the tile in the kitchen. The cleaning work was great as usual. I am very irritated that in one room (35 square feet) they cleaned around the oriental rug (13 square feet). The rug is a favorite resting, rolling place for our laborador and it moves with his motions. The carpet under the rug needed to be cleaned. We were charged for the full room, although only, with furniture, about 15 square feet were cleaned. I fired Dalworth for pulling stunts like this. They avoid the details which can make null an otherwise good job. Vivian Last name removed
Everyone I have spoken to at Zerorez have been very kind and professional, especially Miguel. That is as important to me as the product, which so far seems to be as great.
The technicians were very professional. I already told a coworker to ask for Robert directly if they should use your service. I am hopeful about the products. Too early to tell. Everything looks good so far. Only problem has been I was not given the restaurant gift card. I will call on Monday to follow up on it.
Carpet is sooo clean and looks like it is new. Carpet cleaner was friendly and pleasant.
