It is quick and easy. Pus, as I sent into you yesterday, the young man that serviced out house could not have been any nicer. Very polite, knowledgeable about his business and very careful of my furniture and possessions.

Clean, clear, dries quickly
I was told the driver would arrive between 1 and 3. At 2:30 someone called and said the driver will be late. How late? I don't know. 10 minutes late or 3 hours late? I don't know. They called back and said 30 to 45 minutes. The driver arrived 90 minutes later and said "I told the office that it would take 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job I am on". So the person in the office either did not add travel time or they lied.
When you tell a customer that you will be late it is important to know how late. I would have rescheduled if they had been honest. Maybe that's why they are not honest, so they don't lose the job. I paid someone to sit in the house and wait. That ended up costing more than the carpet cleaning.
I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of my carpet. The technician was polite and exhibited a positive attitude.
