There were still some stains that I noticed in the high traffic areas the next day. He was very nice but I felt like he rushed thru and didnt work enough on getting the stains out. Im going to have to get the carpet cleaned again because of this

I love that ZeroRez doesn't add any chemicals to my home.

I thought the drying time was suppose to be minimal, but my carpet was still damp after 12 hours. When Lamar finished & departed, the entry hall (not part of the cleaning) had puddles of water & foot prints of where he entered & left the house. I had to mop the entry after he left.

I like the process you use for cleaning, no sticky residue. Your customer service rep, Angel, is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and provided very timely responses to my issues.

You don't use perfumes or chemicals. I have severe allergies and don't have any allergic reaction to your products.

Was very clear in booking about pet and kid messes and was given a much smaller quote than what i actually ended up paying quote was 215 wothout tax and ended up paying over 100 more than that.

I like the professionalism of your service techs. He showed up on time, new what I had requested, and completed the job in timely manner.

NO IMPROVEMENT IS REQUIRED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. The carpets seem to stay clean longer. The only "con" is that it takes SO LONG to dry! It was almost 24 hrs. before all the furniture could be replaced. You might want to consider offering fans to help speed up the process.

The guy who came did well cleaning all my carpets.

I was given advanced notice before technician showed up. He showed up in the early part of the window of time we were given. He was friendly,informative and very professional. The carpet stain in the living room was BAD. He suggested what he could do, but made no promises that the stain would come out. Products he used smelled great. It took longer than we all anticipated but the outcome was stunning. Huge stain gone,smelled great and carpet looked new again. We learned what NOT to use on stains so this problem won't happen again. I have told co-workers and other friends about our carpets. I can't stress how pleased we are. The product that was use was good because it got out spots we thought would not come out. We couldn't tell what product was use for the dog smell odor to come out of the carpet, because the smell is still there and I know for $60 we should not keep smelling that odor. The carpet is clean it just we can still smell the odor.

The services was great Greg the service guy gave great customer care he was on time got straight to the job at hand.

I like the way my carpets look brand new again. Also how precessional the employees are when they come out.
