Our floors look new! The guy who came in was very nice and respectful of our home and time.

Brad, and your company, have NEVER let me down.
Brad has been out once before (last time) and he worked EXTRA HARD to get a "Very Dirty High-Traffic" Area completely clean and "Back to Normal".
This time he worked EXTRA HARD to get a very stubborn "Dirty Water Drips" Streak remove from my W&D/Kitchen Tile. This "Dirty" Streak has been "Unremovable" since I first tried to work on it in the Fall of 2006 after I discovered it. "How 'bout that Math, Brad"
I am also glad and confident to be able to walk on my wet (very slightly) carpet right afterward and not have to worry about harm to my feet from bad chemicals.

I called Zerorez because the process does not involve chemicals or soap, and yet the carpets are amazingly clean afterward. The technician was able to repair some damage to the carpet as well. Excellent service with an excellent product.

the job was completed in < 30 min; for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The carpet next to the walls was not touched. One bedroom door was not opened and cleaned behind it.
