Spoke with office manager regarding issues. Basically horrible return calling and wait time extensive when I tried to call back. You have a new phone system with issues.I recommend resolving them quickly or your radio advertisement cost may be in wasted. Service personal rate a 10+, they tried hard to resolve issue, but I told them the problem was something they had no control over. Your service personal saved your day with me as a customer. Kudos to them!!
#1 they cleaned the carpet just like they said they would #2 price was great #3 our technician was very friendly and did our entire house in about 2 1/2 hours. Very very please with Zerorez
The service reps come in, pre-treat if necessary, clean and carpet and exit...no mess, it's done and within a few hours, carpet is clean and looks brand new again. This time the service man even got out a stain that 3 previous times it didn't come out.
Carpets look fresh and clean with no residue
Your tech was great! Professional but friendly and efficient. If I had my own company I would hire him. Technically good but also good with customer service. You have a gem.
I appreciate the friendliness and professional customer service provided by the phone staff. The carpets and rugs are truly clean and soft. Dustin was attentive to details while working in my home and represented Zerorez very well.

Floors dried fairly quickly, no. sticky residue on carpets. The technician did an excellent job in a shorter amount of time.

We are always treated respectfully, enthusiastically, and informatively as it was with Finley and Dominique. We are grateful that no chemicals are used and we know our home is safe and clean. We appreciate how efficiently the work was accomplished and how thoughtful Finley and Dominique were to us.
After having the carpets done I am greeted with a fresh, clean aroma every time I walk through the door.
Your tech was very professional
Although the technician was personable and polite, he lacked a little in training/technique. He had no system of covering the carpets and I had to keep showing him where to clean and how to do it. He also had to keep calling dispatch for permission to do things rather than just do them to keep going and get the job done. Job took at least 30 min longer than necessary. Also there were several spots that were not sucked as dry as could have been thus staying wet longer than the rest of the carpets. None of this has happened with previous technicians.
You also need a policy where a customer can sign off to allow a technician to at least attempt to clean a spot you currently don't allow them to touch ie. mildew spot. Was a basket ring on the corner of a removable scrap of carpet from one of my bathrooms that wouldn't have hurt if he totally botched it which wouldn't have happened anyway as other technicians have done so with improved results on such spots.
That you do not use chemicals!

My carpet looks great. The dust and residue are gone and the nap actually shows and I could not be more pleased. The young man who serviced us was terrific. I would certainly ask for him the next time we do our floors.
