Josh was extremely polite and friendly ad went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction AND he showed up on time neat and professional. The only down side is that it took all day and even into the next morning for some areas of the carpet to dry. Glad I had it done early in the day! I would highly recommend based on the thoroughness of the clean without any smell.
I had mentioned when I called and made the appointment that I would be at work and that someone would need to call my son's number that I had given to the girl. I called back the night before which was Wednesday the 30th to make sure that my son's number would be called. She said she put it in the notes. Well, I got a phone call while I was at work and my son didn't. I asked the girl if there was a manager or supervisor I could talk to and a gentleman came on. I told him the problem and he said that the problem was that someone should have put my son's number as the main because the system automatically calls the main number. He said that he would send me a $50 gift card for the next service and I told him that I would probably never use ya'll again.
Like: Clean methods with just water. No residue, no allergens. The representative that cleaned our carpets was very thorough and got all of the spots of her carpets. They were very clean.
I didn't like: more expensive than any other carpet cleaning company I have used. My carpets on a 70° day outside took over 24 hours to fully dry with fans going in each room. The carpets were very wet and I was told that they would dry in a few hours. I am 62 years old and have had my carpets cleaned before and brought to his attention that they were very very wet and ask him to extract more water out of them and he did not. I am not sure that his machine is extracting properly. My socks were still absorbing water by the next morning in certain areas of my home. The representative was very kind and friendly.
Good pricing for a great product and customer service. Everything from the reservation to job completion was a positive experience.

Service was professional and personable at the same time. Brodie,?, answered all my questions and concerns since this was my first time ever to have my carpets professional cleaned. Had a lot of questions and he patiently walked me thru the process as he worked. My carpet was old and filled with stains, most came up and others did not, but not without a lack of trying. Very pleased how the job came out and this will hold me over for awhile til I can afford new carpets. Pleased with the service and suggested to my neighbor who had her carpets done today and called this evening also pleased with her results. Have referred your services to a coworker also since I mentioned how pleased I was with the results with my carpet cleaning last Saturday. Carpet was a pleasant surprise, tile work, didn't see any change which was a disappointment, but that is fine. My big concern was the carpet etc. Thank you for your service and you will be used again when the time comes for another cleaning job.
The worker was very nice and personable, but I feel as though my rug could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I have an ivory rug that was not too dirty to begin with. I can still see where the rug is lighter, where our coffee table sat, and the rest is still a bit discolored. Was just expecting it to look like new.

The 2 hour window was missed by over an hour. Seems as if the company as grown to fast. Yall forgot about the people who use your services. Looking for a new carpet cleaning co that respects my time as well.
It is safe for the pets and doesn't attract dirt like other companies soapy residue.
The people are timely, respectful and hard working. The products dry quickly and clean the floors really well.

I like that there are no chemicals! Your employees are so friendly and really do an amazing job cleaning the carpets and getting all the stains out.
