My carpets are always clean and the stains don't come back. The tile has never looked better
Carpet cleaning! My carpet looked brand new which I did not think would be possible. Free tile cleaning was a nice perk as well. My grout is sparkling!
Help move light furniture.
Our service tech was impressive, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He did an incredible job on our vents and we are already telling people about him and his skills.
Carpet still has pet urine smell and tech did not do all the work that we had agreed on.

The first cleaning went like this . Carpet was great. Tile was terrible and a lot of our kitchen ended up splitting. Zerorez sent a guy to fix the damage to my kitchen and he uses a shop and blew fine dust all over everything. We will have to hire a maid because every surface in our home is covered in this. Zerorez sends out another guy to clean the areas that had just been ruined by the tile repairman and this guy tells us that normal drying time is 4-6 hours. Well here we are 20 hours later and the carpet is still wet. We have put down every bath towel we own to speed the drying time as we want to prevent mold/mildew on our 15,000 carpet in our home. But wait there's more , The second guy who dumped enough water to refill a lake refuses to go over our carpet to extract the excess water. But wait there's more. After he leaves I can see where water was sprayed all over our entertainment center which houses our electronics vice, blue ray , and our PS4. So far the electronics are still working but you can see where the guy wet it up half way wiped it and never told us what happened. He just left us that little surprise to find on our own,

There were some spots missed on the tile floor. The other parts of the floor are so clean it makes it noticable

Your employees are very friendly and know their business. I feel very confident that they will do a good job and afterwards I am very pleased. No one else will ever touch my carpets. They have told me things I didn't know about my carpets. They put me at ease while they are doing there job, I would feel comfortable leaving them in my house if I had to leave.
