The quality and service from the technician
I really appreciated your technicians willingness to maintain a cheerful and professional disposition. Finley was very informing and willing to answer questions and I asked many. His customer service was great! I was very satisfied with the outcome of our carpet being serviced by ZEROREZ and tile cleaning, will definitely use you guys again. Thank you Finley. (Please tell him I said so!)
Friendly and fast. Clean with no residue.
My complaint is with Customer Service and the technician. I was told $75 would do ten pet-soiled areas. He said $75 would only do one spot about a foot square. My total bill was considerably higher than quoted. All the equipment was packed up and he realized he had not done the free tile cleaning. Very disappointing, but the carpet looks good except for one spot he totally missed. Will not use again.

Fast and clean carpets, Eric was very accommodating and generally a nice person to work with. I appreciate that he didn't try to strong arm me into buying extras everywhere, like on my first visit from Zerorez, years ago. The extra rug service I asked for, he was very knowledgeable and when in doubt, called someone for the correct answer.
I like that it is environmentally safe and for humans and pets.

I ESPECILLY LIKED THE YOUNG MAN WHO DID THE CLEANING. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CLEANING PROCESS. THE CARPET WAS VERY CLEAN.
Original price quote was $125.00 with tax. When told that our carpet had pet stains (we don't have pets, so previous renter was irresponsible and didn't remove them) and that the price would be $75.00 additional, I asked specifically what that charge was. Was that per stain or per room or per "fill-in-the-blank." The tech Miguel was very friendly and nice, but he could have been a little more clear with his answer to my question about the additional pet stain charge. Imagine my surprise when the total bill was $280.00. The answer: the pet charge was $75.00 / per room. So two rooms at $75.00 is an additional $150 that I hadn't budgeted spending. Seems a bit steep, especially since the pet stain treatment consisted of a spray bottle application of a deodorizer and oxidizer. I could have done that for pennies on the dollar. The carpet cleaning process was quite effective, and I'm impressed with how clean the carpet is now. The tech also cleaned a 6'x8' area rug for free, which was awesome.

Although the tech was very helpful in decisions, There was a problem with pet odors. The tech told me that a treatment that he could apply which was 75 dollars per gallon which he said I would need 2 gallons. He applied this treatment and the smell has gotten worse. I'm not sure what could be done to prevent this and I know there are always variables.
I think I could have understood if it hadn't gotten any better but, for it to get worse doesn't make sense to me.

I had requested carpet stretching on your first visit, but it was not listed on the work order and this required a second visit to complete the work. The work was quoted to me at $250 dollars which caught me totally by surprise. You had done stretching for me a few years ago at a fraction of that cost using the small knee bump tool. I never knew there was another and better way of doing it. The technician explained the differences and completed the work at a discounted price which I thought would be done using the knee bump method. Imagine my surprise when he went to his truck and brought in all the equipment to use the best method. He spent considerable time and effort to complete the job. He turned a frustrated customer into a happy customer all the while maintaining a calm composure. Many thanks to the technician and Zerorez for a job well done.
