I had a coupon for $29 per room. However, when I called they told me I was told that there was a 4 room limit and I only had 3 rooms. There was absolutely NOTHING on that coupon that stated that. So I felt this was just a gimmick for Zerorez to get the customer to call. I told the rep on the phone that I felt this was unfair and she did not budge at all.
I was upset so I called back and got Vincent on the line this time and after a bit of discussion he gave me $33 per room, which was not the original but at least he tried to satisfy me somewhat. I hear so many ads for Zerorez that this particular situation made me wish I hadn't called for an appt. I received a Sat. morning appt. which was ok and I was told it would be in the a.m.. When your company called to confirm they told me this would be in the afternoon on Sat 1pm to 3 pm. I would have never made an appt on a Sat. afternoon. So I called on Sat to see if I could change this and oddly enough I got Vincent again. He told me there was a cancellation and he could fit me into that morning slot. Vincent is a keeper.

You get up residue left by previous cleaning and the carpet looks amazing. Technician was very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The on-site technician was very nice, thorough, and reviewed every step with us before doing any work. He provided estimates before doing any work to avoid any surprises to us at the end.
I liked that zerorez does not ise soaps and chemicals to clean so there is not any residue left in my carpets

Love the service and the guy who did the work..who was from Louisiana. I actually called your office after he left to let his manager know what an excellent job he did. However, even though I was told my wait time would be less than 2 minutes, I hung up after holding for me than 10 minutes.
I appreciated how the guy came on time, did not make a mess, told me exactly what he was going to do, did not try to up sell me and was beyond respectful and professional. I am sure it had to do with the wet conditions outside, but it took my carpets more than 10 hours to dry. I was not expecting that.
The fact that they do not have any harsh chemicals that are dangerous to humans and/or pets.
We loved the technicians. They were very professional and explained things to us thoroughly. We would be thrilled if they were the two assigned to clean the remainder of the floors in our home. :)
The service was far above average. The operators were very friendly, understood what I wanted done, and made good recommendations to me as to how to treat my problem. Also they were very understanding of the dog situation, while staying both friendly and professional. The only reason I wouldn't be more likely to recommend is that the service was expensive, in fact so expensive that I decided not to have my kitchen tile done as well because $490 for a less than 100sqft kitchen seemed far too expensive.
Area rugs were not cleaned very well. Overall cleaning of the carpets was great.
