Carpets look great and the technician is professional and friendly!
The process has always provided a thorough cleaning and the personnel who provide the service have cleaned up difficult stains. The individuals who have come to our home have also been courteous and efficient.

How fast it drys
The technicians did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet! They paid attention to detail and were very thorough. This was my second time to use Zerorez, and you are the only company I will use!
I had a stain in the middle of the family room that was left by the last cleaner. I was ready to replace the carpet, but Zerorez took care of it. I don't know what he did but it's gone!
Always clean and for an extended amount of time. I have not needed to replace my carpet in 18 years! The products do what the service tech says they will do. One time I wasn't happy with the job performed. Had a new person. The entire carpet was redone at no further cost.
This time Josh was my technician. Extremely polite, engaging, knowledgable, attentive to my concerns. He went the extra mile for me. And I've already had the opportunity to share my experience with a friend.
We like that they are punctual and prompt. They offer a through service and the worker who came to our home was very efficient. He used covers for his shoes and took care not to spot on our marble floor.

Fast and extremely nice serviceman
We had asked for a specific person to do our cleaning and you sent someone else. The guy you sent was nice but my mom, whose carpeting we are talking about is 89 and used to the original guy we asked for. She was not happy, neither was I.

1-answer my call when I call, one number your on a 10 min hold the other number you are picked up now. 2.- do not tell a person OK to an AM time but call later to tell you it was only a request not the real time.
There are no chemicals. The person cleaning my carpets was courteous and informative. I always sing the praises of Zerorez!
