My tile looked AMAZING and was squeaky clean...that was the most surprising thing. I didn't think they were as dirty as they were, but the before and after was incredible! I posted on my neighborhood facebook page to show them how impressed I was and my neighbors seemed genuinely interested in Zerorez....hope you'll be getting more calls out to our neighborhood soon! My carpets look great and feel great, too. Thanks so much y'all! See you again soon!
The carpet still looks dirty. Lots of spots. I've had three people come up to me today commenting that it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all! Your technician was very thorough and even worked on some of the spots on his hands and knees, so I don't think it had anything to do with his thoroughness.
Effectively removed the stains and driedfast.
This product made my house smell better, since we have pets. The service was quick, the service man was a pleasure to have in my home, very helpful, and I would recommend this product to others.
The service I received from the technician was outstanding! He was very courteous and explained what he was doing.
The entry way to my bedroom carpet was left very damped, and then in the extra bedroom a dark stained appeared after it was shampooed. Another call with a different tech corrected the stain and added a fan to speed up the damped carpet...Thank you!

the tech that came to my house was very informative explain what he was going to do showing me spots that he felt need the most attention in each room. Explained other treatments and cost. Once I explain that we were going to replace the carpet he was not pushy one trying to make me do any other treatments. I was very pleased with that!
Ricardo was amazing - friendly professional courteous and timely. Our carpets were bad but now look very good. My only negative comment is I now feel Ricardo was on a time schedule and here's why I say this. The first room he started on was the worst and looks the best. The last room he did we paid $60 for an extra treatment option and it looks the worst. He spent twice the time cleaning the first room as he did the last and they are relatively the same size. It is my opinion your technicians should be able to give as much attention to each room as possible rather than rush because time is running out.

The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me choices about how I wanted to treat my specific issue.
Justin (the tech.) that came out was great. He went over everything with us & did a great job for us. My wife especially liked the no chemicals part of the treatment. Will recommend to all of our friends.

I liked the customer service from the Jay, who cleaned our carpets.
i was told when i made the appointment that i would have 100 sq feet ( I think) of tile cleaned for free but when the technician came, he said no, that was only if i had 4 rooms cleaned. Having 4 rooms cleaned never entered the conversation with the lady on the phone so i was a little unhappy about that. The technician did a really good job on my carpet.

Green products & processes that leave carpet feeling soft and clean even after it's dry, always on time, courteous staff who know their job well. I have never (and will never) used any other company to clean my carpets in the almost ten years I've lived in this house. I try to have them cleaned twice a year and you always do a super job.

Zerorez met our demand both on schedule and the quality of work. They went above and beyond to meet our expectation. The service technician was very knowledgeable and willing to adhere to our request. We had a situation where we need the service technician to come again next day due to our appointment and time limitation and he was very willing to reschedule and came the next day just for one room to complete the work! I'm truly impressed with the service and the work done without forgetting the office people who kept me informed on the EStimated time of arrival. Awesome service and value for money!

The house smelled badly after they cleaned the carpets..did not smell fresh like you advertise. And we never got the Maverick tickets as advertised. ..disappointed!
