My pet smells in our carpet are totally gone!!

Committing times were missed without calling twice leaving all our furnishings out side , wanting to schedule another day I had previously told them my 82 yr husband recovering from heart @ colon would not be able to move furniture etc he had to call the office 3 to 4 different times trying to get someone here to clean the carpet . Finally a person came from the other part of town to clean at dark thirty Eric then did a great job !! We did not need the extra Stress. !!!
We are guardian of two elderly ladies who had not had their cleaned for aver 10 years. The high traffic areas were nearly black as a result. Your technician could not promise how well he could clean those areas, but we told him to do the best he could the duplex was a rental and so we the could not replace the carpet. The results were beyond our expectations. The carpet is now practically uniform in color with almost no trace of the high traffic areas at all! We were astounded!

Our main Couch did not come out as clean as I anticipated. The tech said there was nothing else that could be done... which was disappointing as that one piece cost $240. He was also 2hrs late (7pm), but understand he was back logged.

The technician was great and very friendly. I had heard adverstisments on the radio saying how the service made their carpets look like brand new carpet. My carpets still looked dirty. I got better service with Dalworth.

Kind, courteous technicians. Put paper shoes on over their shoes, carpet is pristeen and they backed out of my house cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased!
