furniture removed). Just thought this spoke volumes about your company, never again. Name removed

The tech barely pre sprayed the carpet. He cleaned once very quickly and was gone. The carpet looks two toned as if some spots were cleaned and others not. It does not smell fresh or clean.i am scheduling another company to come redo my carpets.

The prices are extremely high and it didn't even take care of the stain that I needed help with. To pay as much as I did I feel that it should have removed the stains and smell better

I have called and left a voice message. My wall was damaged by the technician and rather telling me he moved a piece of furniture in front of it. He was not very careful and left footprints everywhere on the wood and tile floors. Also, I booked the spring clean and was told I would receive 20 percent off. That was not honored yesterday. I am upset about the damage to the wall in my home and need to discuss with someone as you all need to make it right.

The Zerorez people were polite and efficient and the service was fairly priced. There weren't even any toxic smells. My rugs are now sparkling clean with no sign of a recent spill that I thought had surely left a permanent stain.

Justin did a very good job. I had spent $850 dollars (over the past month Air duct and carpt/rugs)recd a $25 off voucher. You would not honor it, even though Justin called your office. The $25 coupon does not state any restriction. So I got the finger from y'all. Guess what I have friends and social media,I shall share my experience. Especially the friends that I gave your $25 voucher to, I have informed them its not worth the paper it is printed on obviously.I am sure nobody will look at this posting, till it has appeared on social
