Our floors (tile) had residue on them that we had to scrub to remove. The tile cost more than the carpets to clean- and they looked worse than before Zerorez arrived.
Cleaned broad areas and spot cleaned well-traveled pathways very well. Little to no smell, and no residue on the carpet. Were able to stretch several carpet areas that needed it and removed 'wrinkles'. Scheduling and cleaning personnel very professional and supportive.

Aaron Hicks did a very good and thorough job cleaning my carpets and tile. I was scheduled between 10-12:00, that was changed to 1-3:00 and he arrived at 3:30, apologizing for the delay.

I have used your service a number of times in the last three years and this is the first time that we still have stains in the carpet. Your technician asked me to review his work before he left, but when the carpet was wet I could not get over to the soiled areas so see that the stains were still there. We were disappointed this time.

The technician could not have been nicer. However, our appointment was scheduled for 10-12 with a 30 minute call ahead. At around 11:45 when I had not received a call I called and was told the appointment was running behind. I would have appreciated an earlier call letting me know that. The technician arrived around 12:40. I was disappointed in the quality of the cleaning upon examination after the technician left. First thing I noticed after the technician left was that wherever the equipment had been pulled from each room that carpet area was saturated with noticed water drops on some of the carpet and the doorways actually appeared muddy looking on the tile where it met the carpet and the carpet appeared dirty at the start of the carpet like all the dirty residue was not pulled out/vacuumed up well. The carpets in most areas where soaked while a few areas were barely damp. When taking a closer look I still saw the same spots that were there before the cleaning. My husband pointed out that he had never seen carpets left so wet after a cleaning. If you walked on them with your socks your socks were saturated and wet. I had thought you guys advertised that you leave very little residue in the carpets. I would like the carpets cleaned again.
The cleaning is very thorough, especially with the new floor brush. Pleasant technician also.
