No chemicals to hurt anything and it's always great looking afterwards.
I have been cleaning my own carpets for the last five years. I'm done doing it myself.
I had to take off work wait for a call to advise (that never came, I called)when the 3 hour Window was and then the window was not met and 45 mins later Jimmy, the Tech came and was WONDERFUL!! It is dispatch who has to manage the timing and when I asked if I was going to get any discount, I was told oh no! Really!!! I will have to advise Jody and Rebecca from the radio station that raves... There is some improvement needed... By bedroom carpet looks great..
Makes everything look brand new
I was quoted $188 before you cleaned my carpet. And $628 later I feel like I was taken advantage of and swindled.

Carpet cleaning was adequate but not great. We we told when we called for our appointment we would get 100 sq ft of tile cleaning and a $50.00 gift card to Estilio Gaucho restaurant. The technician told us that was a different promotion and we were not going to get those things. I called the next day and left a message about this, and I have heard nothing.
I did not get a receipt in my email for the services as promised.
I like the reassurance that my carpet is not full of chemicals for my 8 month old crawling baby.
I was happy with the carpets but you were to be here between 2-4 the first time you called. You did call at 5 but did not get here till 630 while I was trying to prepare dinner for friends and family. Fred did a god job and apologized for being late but that was not acceptable and you made no compensation for the inconvenience .

Professional
Did not feel like Miguel was very customer service oriented. Maybe he was having a bad day. I had to ask for someone to come out and redo the tile since white film was in several places. He did not take his time and appeared to want to leave. He did not want to clean the sofa and two chairs because he said the price was not quoted correctly. I feel he should have cleaned them since the quote was on the prior invoice. They were not cleaned which disappointed me. Also, having to reschedule because it was not done correctly is a huge inconvienence.
