My appointment was on a Monday. I received NO call to give me a shorter window of arrival which I found very frustrating.

The service provided by Brody was outstanding. He was kind, professional, and communicated what he was going to do clearly.
Make sure all of your employees go in with a postive and determined attitude to do the best job and not negativity and uncertainty.
My service window was 3 to 5. The tech did not start cleaning my couch until 7:00. This caused me to have to miss my daughters piano practice. If you give a service window it should be met two hours after the latest time is unacceptable.
The person I spoke to initially to set up my appointment was completely ill equipped to answer questions. This is the first person a customer interfaces with at your company and sets the first impression. When the tech arrived I was told the rugs I wanted cleaned would need to be sent to the rug cleaning facility if I wanted them thoroughly cleaned. I was not happy with my experience and would not recommend it. I would expect a partial refund of the cost to compensate for the late arrival.

The tech was very professional and highly motivated to have his product do a good job for us. The service worked very well and was pretty quick. We plan on having our other house done by these guys. So I want them back.
