Your service techs are great! Edwin was very personable, courteous, and thorough.
Technicians were timely, friendly, careful with our home, and thorough. I had some spots in carpets that I could not remove as well as soil from general foot traffic. The carpets and area rugs all look wonderful now. Spots and stains are gone and it all looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Although I was delighted to have same day service I was greatly disappointed at what I was told when I called. I needed the carpet in one small bedroom cleaned. I was told it would cost $60. They offered pet stain service for an extra charge which I declined. I declined it again when the service tech offered it and other services. Imagine my surprise when the service tech gave me a bill for $124. So, double the price.
This is I believe our sixth time for your service and each time it has been outstanding and amazing how great your product works to lift stains and just bring the carpet back to life.

I have heard about your company for years on the radio, but I felt I could clean my own carpets and get good enough results. Was I wrong!!! I will never clean my own carpets again. The young man who cleaned our carpet was so nice and he did an excellent job.
I was not home, but my husband was there and he is amazed at how clean the carpet is.
I will be calling you again for your excellent service and professional employees.
From the person who took my call when I setup my appt., the young man (Frank) who called two days before the appt. to remind me, and last but not least, and I wish I had gotten his name, but the man who cleaned our carpet.
TO START WE WERE TOLD TO EXPECT YOUR TECH TO BE HERE TO COMPLETE THE ORDER REQUEST. The day of the scheduled appt. My wife was called to inform us they wouldn't be able to complete the order. This was due to some piece of equipment was not available or broken. We had already moved furniture to accomodate the tech to stretch the carpet. Our entire schedule that day was put on hold to be here for you. Your company did offer to re schedule and a discount which helped. Your tech's are very efficient in what he did that day. The following day a young man,who was very small came out to stretch the carpet. He explained that more of the furniture would have to be moved to do it correctly. He was not equipped to do it. Also his price was well over $300.00. Needless to say I was not very happy.

Our carpets were very dirty and they now are pretty much stain free. Jay, our technician was very professional and efficient. he was very personable, thorough and explained everything we could expect.
I prefer no soap, or detergent products, which this company doesn't use. The person who came was very personable and got a stain out that didn't totally go away with his first application. He also gave me helpful information in keeping it clean.
My carpets looked brand new when they were done cleaning. Justin and J were extremely professional and took the time to explain the product to me. They also both were dressed neat and professional with is always a good thing. I would highly recommended Zerorez and especially Justin and J. Thank you so much for offering such a great product.
Watch where you spray the pre treatment - i have some modern industrial furniture with metal wheels. I found a rust spot when i moved my desk, once the carpet dried.
Your prices are too high for the service I received!
The carpets feel clean and there is no sticky residue left behind. The technician was professional and did not try to pressure sell any services I did not want.

We have used other cleaning services. They were good and the cost comparable, but we had new carpet installed about 7 months ago and as hard as you try stains happen. And even if it's got stain resistance and a great warranty, clean it wrong and the warranty is void and stains just come back. That is why we tried Zerorez. We are setting up a regular schedule and hope this protects our investment. We don't use any chemicals to clean spots but we still have one kid at home and Kennel-trained dogs. But stains and accidents happen. I think the greatest part is it didn't smell like air freshener ... That is Just more chemicals. In fact it didn't smell at all! It just looked and smelled clean!
The person who ca me to my house tried to sell me on pet stain removal service for an additional $300.
My total cleaning bill was $180. It was a pretty hard sell, and really not necessary.
HA! I just recommend Zerorez no less than two hours ago to my VP!

Zero residue and great service people
FEW OF THE SPOTS WERE STILL THERE AFTER THE CARPET DRIED.THE TECHNICIAN LEFT STAIN ON THE MASTER BEDROOM CARPET THAT WAS NOT THERE TO START WITH.I HAD TO USE A WET TOWEL TO CLEAN THE STAIN.THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE,I THINK HE COULD HAVE USED THE HELP OF A SECOND TECHNICIAN.
On March 15 we called to schedule an appointment to clean carpets in 3 rooms, the kitchen tile floor and two upholstered chairs on March 24. On the 23th the office called and said someone would be here between 1 & 3 pm. The Tech did not show up until 7:55 pm. I told him that it was too late. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I said yes, he checked with the office and told me someone would be here between 8 & 10 am the next day (March 25). Around 9:30 am we called the office and were told someone would be here between 1 & 3 pm. Office called at 2:30 to say Tech was running late. Office called again at 3:55 to say Tech was on his way and would be here by 4:20. He did arrive around that time.
As he cleaned the carpets he said that some of the darker spots in high traffic areas could not be cleaned. As he cleaned the tile floors he said the dark colored grout between the tiles would lighten up once it dried. He did the carpets, tile floor and chairs in less than an hour. After he was done he went out to his truck to check something. When he returned, he walked across the damp carpet with his dirty shoes leaving several footprints that I thought we could vacuum up once the carpet was dry.
The next day the dirt from the footprints could not be vacuumed up, the high traffic areas still looked dirty and the grout between the tiles was still dark. We then contacted Dalworth who happened to have a cancellation and came out on the afternoon of March 26th to re-clean the carpets and tile floor. They removed the footprints left by your Tech, cleaned the high traffic areas on the carpet and cleaned the tile floor so the grout is now bright again.
This was the 4th year we had used Zerorez and had not been displeased before but this year was a horrible experience and feel that what we paid for your services was comparable to throwing money down the drain.
I like the concept of not using any chemicals or soaps.
