the job was completed in < 30 min; for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The carpet next to the walls was not touched. One bedroom door was not opened and cleaned behind it.
The gentleman that did the work was very nice and informative. He even stopped to show me the difference in my grout lines.

Our service tech was impressive, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He did an incredible job on our vents and we are already telling people about him and his skills.
Carpet still has pet urine smell and tech did not do all the work that we had agreed on.

The first cleaning went like this . Carpet was great. Tile was terrible and a lot of our kitchen ended up splitting. Zerorez sent a guy to fix the damage to my kitchen and he uses a shop and blew fine dust all over everything. We will have to hire a maid because every surface in our home is covered in this. Zerorez sends out another guy to clean the areas that had just been ruined by the tile repairman and this guy tells us that normal drying time is 4-6 hours. Well here we are 20 hours later and the carpet is still wet. We have put down every bath towel we own to speed the drying time as we want to prevent mold/mildew on our 15,000 carpet in our home. But wait there's more , The second guy who dumped enough water to refill a lake refuses to go over our carpet to extract the excess water. But wait there's more. After he leaves I can see where water was sprayed all over our entertainment center which houses our electronics vice, blue ray , and our PS4. So far the electronics are still working but you can see where the guy wet it up half way wiped it and never told us what happened. He just left us that little surprise to find on our own,

There were some spots missed on the tile floor. The other parts of the floor are so clean it makes it noticable

Professional technician arrived on time and completed work efficiently and did a great job. I called Zerorez because the process does not involve chemicals or soap, and yet the carpets are amazingly clean afterward. The technician was able to repair some damage to the carpet as well. Excellent service with an excellent product.
