Fast, clean, nice employee
The expertise and professionalism of the Technician that cleaned my carpet, demonstrated exceptional customer service.
After the tiles dried, the stained grout is still visible. Could this possibly be corrected? Thanks in advance.
The only thing I did not like, is waiting two weeks for a redo. Other than that, I now realize that not all stains can be removed from a carpet.

Did not remove all the spots on carpet. Spot clean the areas that still are dirty.

More clarity on their price structure. Want sure if a hallway counted as a room, etc. Be better at the tough stains. Wear and tear was handled but a few tough stains remained.
