I liked the customer service from the Jay, who cleaned our carpets.
i was told when i made the appointment that i would have 100 sq feet ( I think) of tile cleaned for free but when the technician came, he said no, that was only if i had 4 rooms cleaned. Having 4 rooms cleaned never entered the conversation with the lady on the phone so i was a little unhappy about that. The technician did a really good job on my carpet.

Green products & processes that leave carpet feeling soft and clean even after it's dry, always on time, courteous staff who know their job well. I have never (and will never) used any other company to clean my carpets in the almost ten years I've lived in this house. I try to have them cleaned twice a year and you always do a super job.

Zerorez met our demand both on schedule and the quality of work. They went above and beyond to meet our expectation. The service technician was very knowledgeable and willing to adhere to our request. We had a situation where we need the service technician to come again next day due to our appointment and time limitation and he was very willing to reschedule and came the next day just for one room to complete the work! I'm truly impressed with the service and the work done without forgetting the office people who kept me informed on the EStimated time of arrival. Awesome service and value for money!

I guess my disappointment had to do with the $75 flash pet treatment as it only covered a square foot of carpet. I guess I didn't pay attention when I signed up for it. And to have my carpet stretched was going to be very expensive.Guess I was asking to much. Hector was very informative and friendly. I just remember the first time I had you. But I understand that's business.
I love that the cleaning process has no strong chemical odors and no crunchy carpets when they have dried. Each time I've used your service the person that came and provided the service has been very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The best carpet cleaning company I've ever used.
