Did a very good job and didn't take forever to dry..
This experience was exponentially better than the first! The first time they came out, the guy tried to charge me all kinds of crazy amounts that weren't on the original quote and he didn't spend much time working on the carpets at all! This time, it was actually cheaper than I'd anticipated and that was even adding a large walk-in closet. The guy who came out definitely showed better work ethic and concern for my carpets and the end result was noticeable, my carpets actually looked newer and felt cleaner. He was careful with my floors and put barriers down to protect corners (they didn't bother with this the last time I had them out). He also used some machine the first guy didn't, I think that's what made the difference in my carpet looking newer.
My only complaint is the amount they charge for the protector they put down--though I could have said no. The carpets stain too easily now so I felt it would be beneficial, but I definitely took off a point in the score for that. I figured the guy did such a great job and probably gets a commission off up-sales that I just went with it. Also, they only gave me about a 5-10 minute warning after telling me it would be 30... not a big deal, but it's a good thing I started vacuuming earlier, I finished right before they got there!!

Timeliness of crew. Professionalism. Darwin is awesome. He performed a thorough inspection of our AC ducts and dryer vent and said they still looked good and recommended not cleaning right now. A less reputable vendor would have cleaned and charged anyway. Zeroez always provides quality service and a honest opinion!

Zerorez showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my carpet and tile.
I had my couch cleaned. The chemical smell that was left in the fabric was worse than the original smell I was trying to have removed. Now, after several days the chemical smell is fading, but I can still smell the original dirty smell of the fabric I was trying to have removed. That was a huge waste of time and money. In fact, I would like a refund of the $141.73 that I spent, so I can apply it to another effort of having my couch cleaned. This time by another company. Perhaps they'll be able to do what they promise.

The gentleman that came was totally professional and did the best he could and went beyond to tell & explain what he was doing! I was just expecting carpet and bottom of couch to look better but I am going to have to go back & spot clean. I do feel he got a lot of dirt up & out but there is an area in my living room that I feel stains were brought to top and they show worse now! That is why I feel that I have to spot clean to finish getting it out.
Small simple stains in the bedroom were not removed.
The tile in the kitchen was not cleaned as promised.
I had to call Zerorez to schedule someone to come back out to clean the tile flooring in the kitchen instead of someone of someone reaching out to me.
