The carpet looks great! Robert was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right service for us. He explained things very clearly and thoroughly. I will definitely be calling zerorez out again for additional services and a yearly service!
Friendly prompt efficient
I like the cleaning. Both the way carpets are cleaned and and the removal of stains are great. I did not think it would look as good. The cleaning tile could be better. Only part was done and some areas were left uncleaned. The price of tile cleaning is too expensive. Then i was told one thing and decided to use you. During cleaning the price was skyrocketting. I could not do all tile because of price. The charge doubled at the end. So you say one thing and then when you have business change the price. I was angry over that. Will have to use different company for tile. I may use you again for carpet. Not sure. I do like products. Get your prices correct and stick with what you say. I was told $198 by phone then $313 after done and paid $229. There is a problem here you need to confront and clarify and change.

Tile floors felt slippery for a few days
The service representative was professional and prompt. We paid for the pet order removal but after a couple of days the smell didn't go away.
We were very satisfied with the person who cleaned our carpet, your equipment,and the way our carpet looked when the job was completed, as well as the cost.

It's been a week and my carpet looks the same, doesn't look like it's been clean. I just don't understand. To make it right I would like you to come back and clean my front living area again. The other rooms look good just my living room, the places that needed cleaning the most or stain removed are still there. Doesn't look like the guy even try to get those area cleaned. Just disappointed! Wish I called another company.
They arrived within stated time frame and got to work promptly. My carpets feel and look like new.
