Fred did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. He was very thorough in assessing what was needed to clean my carpets, and he was very patient in explaining each step of the process. I will highly recommend Fred and Zerorez services to my friends.

I like that you don't use chemicals. I didn't like that my furniture was done so quickly that it wasn't cleaned well and j had to call them back out again. After the second cleaning it looks much better, just a few spots left. But I didn't remember to check my ottoman and that's still completely dirty. I was very disappointed in that, but don't want to call a third time. However, the technician cleaned my kitchen tile and it looks amazing. The technicians were very friendly.
Many normal stains still exist. Smell is not good.

My parents use your service all the time. They sing your praises and I can see why, my carpet was gray before, and it should not be. It's never looked this good in the 5 yrs I have lived here. My only concern not all the services are the same across the board. When my parents get their carpets done, their techs put protectors under the corners of their furniture. I did not get that? I didn't know to ask about until my mom asked me if they did that for me too. I said no.

I had a 2 hour window of 3-5 PM on April 20 -- the technician Shane did not arrive until almost 6 PM. He ran out of the empowered water after cleaning 1 room. I had to reschedule the clean for the next day with a arrival time of 1-3 PM. I requested the technician arrive closer to 1 PM -- was told this could not be guaranteed per Shane's conversation with Angel
I do not have a good first impression of this company due to:
- lengthy time on hold trying to schedule service
-initial arrival time not as stated
- technician running out of empowered water and having to reschedule
- my impression that my time was not important from conversation of Shane and Angel
- paid extra for pet treatment -- didn't remove a noticeable stain / reviewed invoice and was not told treatment not guaranteed.
- would not have paid extra for something not guaranteed
- most carpet companies clean hallway for free -- my hallway is smaller than any of my rooms yet it cost more to clean
I would like to commend Ricardo for his hard work while at my house.
I appreciate the day my clean completed Ricardo arrived ~ 1:30 PM.
Most companies would have offered to "make things right" with initial customer inconvenience.
The technician Jay Gonzalez was very friendly and had a great demeanor, he know his job and he did it, we are so please with your service the carpets look wonderful and smell great to. I will recommend your business to anyone who needs your service. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was easy, fast and clean
My carpet look much better, and no smell.
Because there is no residue from soap the carpet stays clean longer, and I like how clean the carpet looks and feels after Zerorez cleans them. Greg Courtney, the tech that cleaned my carpets yesterday, did an excellent job and got out spots that the last technician who cleaned my carpets did not remove. I was very pleased with the job Greg did and how my carpets look. This is the third time I have used Zerorez and will continue to use and recommend you in the future.

My carpet smells more like a cat was there now then before it was cleaned. Paying $600 I think it should smell like roses or at least have a clean smell!

I have always used Dalworth because one of the Dad's at daycare worked there and he always did a great job but he has left now and I wanted to start using a company that I had always heard in the past was good. We only have carpet which is 2 years old in the bedrooms and I wanted my tile in the kitchen cleaned. I think the carpet is fine, we didn't have any stains to deal with but the tile in the kitchen was a huge disappointment. how can you clean up to about an inch away from the base boards and then stop. So now I've got to do something about that

No chemicals
We had our air ducts cleaned. Darwin, our serviceman, was prompt, honest and thorough. I had questions about the cleaning process and he carefully explained everything and took pictures of the vents before and after. The house actually smells fresher now that our vents are clean!
