I was amazed at how fresh my carpet looks - the stains are gone, it looks fantastic, and feels great to walk on. We have been in our house 12 years and had never had the upstairs carpets done - they look like new! I am so impressed and so appreciative of the service we received!
Polite gentlemen that did the cleaning. I liked that he did a test first so that I had the option to continue with the service or cancel.

The "tech" who came to clean our carpet stole my husband's Medicare card from the office room he was cleaning the carpet. We have notified the police, banks, credit bureaus, etc. we plan to contact an attorney if ANY activity occurs. We also plan to notify the BBB and tell all our friends.
When I called yesterday to tell Mr Bolden, he didn't seem to concerned. We were told he would "check into it".
I feel like my carpet was actually cleaned. The tech was very professional from the time he walked into my house until he was finished and walked out. He did an awesome job and I will definitely request him next time I call Zerorez.
According to Jody Dean and Rebecca on KLUV your company got all their stains out. My carpet is less than 2 years old and the stains are still there. There is no fresh smell it just smells wet now.
no harsh chemicals - the gentlemen that came was polite and very accomadating
1) The technician was friendly but was more motivated to sell me an air purifier than to clean the carpet thoroughly. 2) His boss wouldn't give me any time other than before my appointment was complete to make up my mind about the purifier in order to take advantage of the "deal" they were offering me to purchase it. 3) The technician left a gum spot with gum residue that I PICKED OFF MYSELF while he watched after he was "finished". 4) He was not as motivated to be as thorough as I've had with other technicians from other companies in the past. 5) Also, there was a pool of water on the tile in the bathroom up against the wooden baseboards that I found later in the day after he cleaned there. By that time, the wooden baseboard was soft in that area from the water.
I DO Like that zerorez uses no chemicals in the cleaning process. The hot water system seemed to work in most cases.

Our rugs look great and it did seem that the rugs dried more quickly than some other companies. The technician was very professional, efficient, checked to make sure we were satisfied and even did an extra rug that needed cleaned. We were very pleased with the service. Will use again. What's not to love! Amazing customer service, courteous professional technicians, and amazingly clean carpet. As I said when I used them last year, I will NEVER use anyone else! You should have seen all the suds that came out of my carpet.... Soap from a previous cleaning from another company. No wonder they got dirty so quickly! If you haven't used them yet, trust me when I say, you'll never call a traditional carpet cleaning company again! Thanks guys!

Our tile cleaning was decent. I expected more visible results, especially on the grout.
Easy to understand
Our Service Person, Durnell, was absoulutely wonderful. Our carpet has never looked so good and he was very polite, considerate, and we will be using Zerorez again. Your products for pets made all the difference in our carpet. Durnell explained what he would do and he is indeed a miracle worker with your products. We will be requesting Durnell in the future.

All very good except for the pricing for an area rug caused me to not do the rug---8x10 rug @ 1.50/sq.ft.=$120. Very large room -$33. Makes no sense to us. Michael was very professional and did a great job on the carpet.
The two young men were punctual, courteous and very lovely.
I had a commercial offices cleaned and a residential rental property cleaned by the same technician on the same day and he was very professional and friendly. He did a great job.
