Visual result very good!
The service was great and the employee work hard to get everything done.
First of all, our cleaning technician, Shane. He was very knowledgable about the process and products and shared a lot of information with us. He was on time, efficient and thorough. I would give him a 10++++. We also really liked that the cleaning process was natural without soaps or residues.
Improve notifications on when crew will arrive
Your employee. He was so nice and try hard to please me! Never said "that is not my job" when I asked him about moving something. Thanks Tristan for being so polite!
The carpet was left extremely wet and humid. Didn't dry for a day and a half and smelled of mildew as it dried. I tried airing out the room and leaving bedroom doors open, but it didn't help, just caused the whole house to smell. Corners in closet don't even look like they were touched. And I paid extra for the protector, but had no effect the minute my husband walked it to my room it left a stain on the carpet due to some kind of adverse reaction to his leather shoes. I spent 40 minutes with carpet cleaner and a sponge scrubbing it out. Technician was in and out in about 30-45 minutes, just didn't feel worth the $140.

The man that came out was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job.....but more importantly extremely friendly. The world could use more people like him.
I was quoted $633 over the phone but charged $660 after they were done. The man who cleaned did a good job though. I just didn't like feeling overcharged.
Your products are great. They're environmental friendly and it gets the job done. They guy that came out was very professional. I would totally recommend you guys.

I like how the rep took his time in making sure everything spot was removed as best as he could remove it. He was very friendly.
The only thing I would like to check on was the free tile cleaning. I did not receive that. However, most of the living room was in the kitchen.

My technician was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The cleaning he did on our carpet was superb.
I do have a minor 'complaint'. It would be helpful if someone were to have told me that my 2 complimentary Rangers tickets would be in the mail to me or it I was given a later date of the game. By the time I received them the game had already been played. They were tickets for May 1st; my cleaning was on Friday late April 30.
How pleasant the cleaning professional was and how thoroughly his work cleaned my carpets and tile.
the price quoted me on the phone was not in line with the actual cost. This has happened to me twice with your company and I will not be using you again. I was satisfied with the results and the person that cleaned my rug was extremely nice and courteous. But, you advertise one thing, but the actual cost is never what you advertise.
Would prefer if your technicians didn't greet me with a list of things they cannot do!
The plastic hose on your machine is pretty destructive on corners. Your tech did a nice job of protecting the corners of my wood stairs....it was s challenging project ... 3 floors ... 3 stair landings and 36 stairs.
I liked that the carpets were cleaned without chemicals.
I called customer service in the morning after our service to give feedback and explain why IIA not satisfied. He said the Manager will call me later. Nobody did.

Able to get rust, ink and pet stains out of rugs. Carpets now soft and revived. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I am now a raving fan of zerorez as they say on the radio.
