Think we would have saved $15 with the 105.3 promo. Given options about stain removal.
The prior carpet cleaning only lasted 60 days. This time we added the protection coating in hopes it will last a little longer. The tech says it is because the carpet is old. We were expecting to get at least 90-120 days so we are disappointed. To be totally fair we would have to use your service with newer carpet to be sure. I think an 8 is fair based on all of the above info. We want to see if this time end up any better before we give a 9 or a 10.

Got a call that they were running late and would be at my house at 4:45 did not show up till 6:00- I missed several events I had for the evening. I was also suppose to receive 2 free tickets to Hawaiian Falls and he was not aware of promotion. Would like those tickets still.
The carpets looked and felt like new.
I had no idea my kitchen tile grout was cream color! For 3 year we have scrubbed it with everything from bleach to commercial degreaser. With the first spot done by Zerorez I was completely shocked! I always thought the grout was brown.
The last time I had my carpet cleaned I used another company and my carpets were stiff and they took days to dry out completely. My carpets after ZeroRez were soft and dried out by morning!
I will never scrub my grout by hand again nor will I use any other company then Zerorez!

The technician was professional and courteous. He asked questions to better address any concerns.This was the second time I had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez, and the carpet looks great. With other companies once the rug dries it looks the same before it was cleaned.

the carpet is always perfect
The carpet looks really good. However, I do have one complaint. They were supposed to call me 24 or 48 hours ahead of my appointment. They never called and I had to call on Monday to ask what time they were coming that day.
No one showed up for my original appointment. I had it scheduled right before out of town guests were to arrive. I rescheduled for the following week but it would have been nice if my carpets were clean for my visitors. Not only that, but the person that was supposed to show up said that they called us and we cancelled the appointment. I believe it was because it was pouring rain and they didn't want to bother with it in the rain.
Send two service people instead of one to larger houses so it doesn't take all day.
No chemicals and it still got out all the spots. My carpet looks brand new. The technician was very friendly and helpful and did a great job.

Pricing is reasonable. Technicians have always done a great job. Scheduling is easy and technicians have always been on time and called ahead.
They were on time and did a thorough job, especially on the tile in my kitchen.
