I cant tell that they were even cleaned. I didn't see that they vacuumed before they started treating the carpets. I was told that yall would be there by 3:00 but you actually didn't arrive until after 6:00. It was a Friday night and I think the person cleaning the carpet was in rush to get out. I am not pleased at all with the service and frankly really upset. I heard really good things about Zerorez but I am not satisfied with the service I received at all.
Chris the technician that came to do clean the carpet on Friday was very pleasant and did a fantastic job we were well pleased I want him for my next cleaning
Your rug cleaning is outstanding and the best I have used.
My ceramic tile would have been better left as it was for now some of the grout is light and some is dark. I'm very disappointed. I paid extra to have this done. Last time, the free 100 ft the guy did was excellent. That's why I went ahead and did more this time. I am so mad. I'm putting my house on the market Wednesday. I could have achieved this result.
And, the carpet upstairs has several visible brown spots! He mentioned the spot where the pool cue chalk got on the floor that wouldn't come out and one spot in another room, up against the wall where paint is, BUT he did not mention all the brown spots! Again, I could have gotten this using Resolve on my own. I DO NOT want this guy back to repair. I put a call in stating all this. Very, very disappointed.
Guys who provided the service did a great job!
Did a great job getting my very dirty couch and 2 chairs clean. The technician was very conscientious about getting the furniture as clean as he possibly could.
No harsh chemicals or smells! Carpets look new and feel softer!

The staff was great! They were 30 minutes late but once they are here they did a great job of explaining the process and what makes them different Both employees were super Friendly and kind.

The carpet of three rooms was cleaned nicely and the tech was wonderful. As he started to clean my 100 sq feet tile for free on my coupon, his tool broke and he only cleaned about 4 square feet. He stated that someone would contact me to complete this tile on the next day Saturday. I waited at home all day and even placed a call to the main number, leaving a message asking for a return call. No one ever called. I had guests to my house on Sunday who saw a small clean space in my kitchen tile that made the rest look awful. Help me!!! my phone is Phone number removed

Justin, my Zerorez representative, was professional from the time I opened my front door with an introduction and a hand shake. He went right to the task and did a marvelous job with care and attention. I will use Zerorez again.

They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job on our carpet and tile!
First, the guys at Zerorez have always been actual employees and NOT contractors. Second, they seem to actually care about my needs, short and long term, when it comes to carpet care. The only reason they have ever came back to y house was for my next cleaning, not to fix a screw up. This is my second house that I have had Zerorez over to clean and will continue to call them every time I need someone. They floors and carpet were walk on ready in about an 1-1.5 hours.
No soap no residue deep cleaning
We were not called 30 minutes before our carpet cleaner arrived. We were also suppose to receive a receipt by e-mail and did not receive one. A few things could make it better.

I was promised a restaurant gift card that I never received. The technician wore shoes inside the house. The carpets took longer to dry as @ 10 pm we still had wet master room carpet.
