The carpets look great! Even the really bad spots of lubricating grease were removed thanks to the hard work that Dustin put in. Whatever spot cleaning product he used did the trick. He was so polite and worked so hard to make sure my carpets and my couch upholstery looked good again. He could not have been nicer!

Great products and wonderful service. Our service technician did a wonderful job on our carpet. Although we were his last stop for the day, He took his time to give us the best quality of service. Our carpet almost looks new. He was very knowledgeable about the zerorez products and provided us with wonderful customer service. He was also very friendly and patient. This our second time using our this company. I'm so very pleased with my outcome. They were able to come on a very short notice. I will definitely call Zerorez again and recommend them to my friends. Everything went smoothly, just as they stated. The representative that came to my house was very professional and polite!

I had requested CARPET STRETCHING SERVICE when I first made the appointment....
and the very day BEFORE he came (when the appointment time was being confirmed) I again asked the agent on the telephone to please make sure that the person who came would also be prepared to stretch out the "bubbles" in the carpet.
HE ASSURED ME THAT THIS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT IT WAS ON THE WORK ORDER. And the man who came WAS NOT prepared to do it!

I called and asked why I had been charged so much compared to two weeks ago. I was told they didn't have an explanation other than there were two different technicians. I was then told that a manager would call me back. Nothing. Name removedPhone number removed261
