What our clients think of us!

Your cleaning process works well.

Customer satisfaction has the highest priority. Was very satisfied with with there extreme desire for quality results.

Had 2 properties on the same day. One went as scheduled and I was pleased with the technician and the job he did. The other was a second scheduling error and I responded on another feedback for that property.

Scheduling made a mistake twice and didn't send the proper technician for a repair plus carpet cleaning. Poor coordination for scheduling resulted in my canceling the order for the repair and because I had a move-in for the property, I went ahead and had the technician do the cleaning and I'm calling another company in to do the repair.

No residue left on the carpet after it's cleaned. The technicians are professional and complete all work in a timely fashion. Zerorez offers a wide variety of services in addition to carpet cleaning such as sealing grout, cleaning tile and granite, applying carpet protectant similar to Scotch Guard. Environmentally friendly cleaning.

The Gentlemen Fabien that cleans the Carpet is an expert but he is so polite and courteous as well. He is excellent at Customer Service and very helpful with tips about the cleaning. We have used this cleaning service twice and have been lucky enough to get Fabien. Excellent cleaning for carpet and tile!

Knowing that the carpets aren't left with a lot of soap and chemicals, and is almost dry when you are done cleaning .

Cleans carpet more than any other vendor. Only regret is we did not call you sooner!

Your technician was excellent. He was very pleasant and offered good suggestions and explained how unique your product was.

We heard about Zerorez on WRR and were impressed with what we heard. We've had our rather elderly carpeting cleaned many times, and this is far and away the best job ever. We love the idea that there's no residue left to collect more dirt. The man who did it was courteous and professional and careful. We are happy customers who will be repeat customers.

PS about using my name: If you do so, please just use M instead of the last name. Thanks.

The Technician was very polite and the products he used did an excellent job.

Carpets looked fabulous and I like that they don't use chemicals to do so..,
