Kyle Rogers was awesome. He clearly loves what he does and loves the company. His work ethic and work roduct were outstanding. I think the technology and process Zerorez uses is highly differentiated and together with great customer service it's a no debate. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

It is pet safe and dried very quickly. I was amazed how well it cleaned up our carpet. We're in a rental with 17 year old carpet. I actually took my shoes off to walk around today!!! Our technician, Gregg, was sooooo friendly and informative. He was actually very passionate about his job. He said he had taken the classes provided by Zerorez and said he enjoyed learning about the true chemistry of what he was doing. He said he also loved the company that he worked for, so that's always a great sign! Gregg was also gracious enough to call us in the rooms at various points to show us the difference in the carpet and tile as he cleaned. He was also very concerned about our opinion, making sure everything was thorough and up to our standards!

The Service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He repeatedly brought up using the pet treatment option, which I declined. This was not a slight on him, suspect it is more of a company pushed initiative as the last time I had the carpet cleaned the Tech mentioned the pet treatment over and over again as well.
Communication with the timing and the prompt service. "Josh" was professional and was able to quickly get to work since the property was vacated. He did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
