The Green aspect and the service technician was one of the best I have ever met.

I am very impressed with Zerorez and the professional and courteous employees (Robert and Josh) who came to clean my carpet in my apartment. They explained everything they were doing and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. I was also very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they worked together. They were here just yesterday and I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Improve back office communications. I initially attempted to make reservation on line.. Rec'd notice that they would contact to confirm... no response. Called to make reservations and was given date and time window. Date /time came and went....no cleaners. Finally rec'd call 30 min after time. Tech said they just rec'd call saying that they needed to come here for job. Obvious mis handling of scheduling in office.

He thoroughly explained the process & took his pride of his work. My neighbor came by & I immediately recommended zerorez for her future carpet cleaning. Customer satisfied:)

Your technician Justin did an impeccable job of cleaning our carpets. He said he would do it and we didn't believe him. But we were wrong. No one has ever done this great of a job of cleaning our carpets. We used Dalworth and all those others and none of them ever did a great job like Zerorez. Thanks so much for an outstanding job. In the beginning 5 years ago we would get the radio station specials. I may have been naïveté but I find the full price service to be much better especially with the last three crews and now with TRISTAN, he was very informative, professional and informative.
