Actually, the only reason why I called was to get the Mavericks basketball tickets. When I received them in the mail, the Mavericks season was over. Bummer!!! Do you have replacement "anything" that I can use?

I was extremely happy with the carpet cleaning! It looks wonderful. I was not happy with the cleaning of my couch. I was not planning on having it cleaned but your technician told me he could make it look great and I do not see any difference. It was an added cost of almost $100 that I wish I did not spend. Your technician was great tho and I don't blame him. He worked very hard and I realize that's business....

The No Residue system!

The solution you use doesn't clean.
Our carpet is not a hr old and is stain resistant, yet it didn't clean.
No residue because there's no soap.

The price is always different and the rep always tries to upsale. Plus the carpet was not completely clean.

The house smelled badly after they cleaned the carpets..did not smell fresh like you advertise. And we never got the Maverick tickets as advertised. ..disappointed!

My tile looked AMAZING and was squeaky clean...that was the most surprising thing. I didn't think they were as dirty as they were, but the before and after was incredible! I posted on my neighborhood facebook page to show them how impressed I was and my neighbors seemed genuinely interested in Zerorez....hope you'll be getting more calls out to our neighborhood soon! The carpet still looks dirty. Lots of spots. I've had three people come up to me today commenting that it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all! Your technician was very thorough and even worked on some of the spots on his hands and knees, so I don't think it had anything to do with his thoroughness.

This product made my house smell better, since we have pets. The service was quick, the service man was a pleasure to have in my home, very helpful, and I would recommend this product to others.

The entry way to my bedroom carpet was left very damped, and then in the extra bedroom a dark stained appeared after it was shampooed. Another call with a different tech corrected the stain and added a fan to speed up the damped carpet...Thank you!

the tech that came to my house was very informative explain what he was going to do showing me spots that he felt need the most attention in each room. Explained other treatments and cost. Once I explain that we were going to replace the carpet he was not pushy one trying to make me do any other treatments. I was very pleased with that!

Ricardo was amazing - friendly professional courteous and timely. Our carpets were bad but now look very good. My only negative comment is I now feel Ricardo was on a time schedule and here's why I say this. The first room he started on was the worst and looks the best. The last room he did we paid $60 for an extra treatment option and it looks the worst. He spent twice the time cleaning the first room as he did the last and they are relatively the same size. It is my opinion your technicians should be able to give as much attention to each room as possible rather than rush because time is running out.
