Customer Service was impeccable from the moment i inquired about their services, to the call notifications as to when the technician would be at my home for service. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. Our Technician, Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Keep in your appt times and don't tell different stories when techs are late

There were too many add-ons, the person at your office quoted price for stairs based on how many steps there were, but when the bill was written it was almost double the price,also the technician said I needed $75 worth of extra cleaning to clean certain spots, shouldn't that be included in pricing to begin with? also the hallway was almost double in price. I showed the technician a coupon for $33 a room, which I got, a free tile cleaning, which he did, but then extra charged for sealing it. And the coupon also said 20% off total cleaning price, but after I printed the invoice I got sent via email, (after he had left) the 20% was not taken off, my bill was over $300. I plan to call your office on Monday to get that corrected. The technician arrived on time and did his work in a timely manner, which I appreciated. But this cost was way over what I had planned to spend. I would like to get my 20% back on my credit card. Thanks.
Even though I have two little dogs and lots of traffic in our home, the carpets always look and smell fresh and new after treatment!
Follow up on service and corrective action
The service technicians who came to our home were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us in a very difficult situation. I have twin granddaughters whose mother passed away about a year and a half ago. They love their dogs and have been sleeping with them. Unluckily that was not a good thing for the carpets!! I hated having them sleep in that environmen. The guys did a great job cleaning the carpets and now the girls have a clean place to sleep!! Thx so much!!
They did tile floor in small bathroom, said grout joints were painted, paint came off, said you would contact me to repair, have not been contacted?
No sticky carpet or smell after cleaning. Techs were friendly and professional. Product seems to have worked well.

I would highly recommend using your service. The gentleman that came into my house to work was extremely thorough and I was so impressed with him. Rarely do you see somebody who loves their job and works hard and cares about the service that they provide. I immediately saw this and Chris Rivas as you can tell he loves his job and cares about the quality of work he does. He made an effort to talk to me and explain things to me and show me the before and after on my carpet and tile He came out on a Friday afternoon and his equipment quit working on him so he had to wait for a another truck before he could complete the job. He had such a great attitude and really took his time to do the best job ever. I honestly cannot say enough good things about your employee Chris. I really appreciate the work he did in my home. EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE!!! WAY TO GO CHRIS RIVAS!!! Thanks for taking pride in your job and making my house beautiful!!! Chris should be your spokesperson!

The tech Jimmy was awesome. He was polite, prompt(early actually) very careful not to damage walls or step on the carpet with his shoes until they were covered. He explained all of the steps before he took them and even helped me to move some of the furniture so he could clean underneath it. I would highly recommend your product to friends of mine or anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. If you have more technicians like Jimmy working for you your business will do nothing but grow. I'll see you again as soon as my carpets get dirty!!!
