The tech rep, Chris Rivas, did a great job explaining the service and my old carpet looks good.
The technician was great, he even got out a stain in my bathroom that has been there for about 15 years. I was surprised that a new stain popped up overnight after the cleaning in my living room but I was able to clean it enough. I had one major stain to get up, unfortunately it didn't clean well but the carpet is old. Next time I want to try the tile cleaning. We got to talking as he was done and I forgot about the free 10x10 cleaning I was going to get. Overall, great service however!!!

The technician was 2 1/2 hours starting. The kitchen tile was not cleaned well. One of the two spots I pointed out in a bedroom upstairs didn't get cleaned.

The last 2 times you cleaned the carpet it was wet for almost 10 hours and I would likely not use you again if we had the same issue. Your tech took extra care to assure the carpet would dry timely. Our technician was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, service oriented, and polite. He was running behind from the previous job but got right to work to make up the time and didn't scrimp on quality or thoroughness of service. Very respectful of our property and belongings and did a fantastic job!
