Your employees are very friendly and know their business. I feel very confident that they will do a good job and afterwards I am very pleased. No one else will ever touch my carpets. They have told me things I didn't know about my carpets. They put me at ease while they are doing there job, I would feel comfortable leaving them in my house if I had to leave.

Prompt, friendly. Loved all the dirt that the tech got out of my rugs. Rugs look and smell so much better. A great alternative to moving furniture, tearing up the house and having rugs hauled off for a deep cleaning off site.

Clean, clear, dries quickly
I was told the driver would arrive between 1 and 3. At 2:30 someone called and said the driver will be late. How late? I don't know. 10 minutes late or 3 hours late? I don't know. They called back and said 30 to 45 minutes. The driver arrived 90 minutes later and said "I told the office that it would take 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job I am on". So the person in the office either did not add travel time or they lied.
When you tell a customer that you will be late it is important to know how late. I would have rescheduled if they had been honest. Maybe that's why they are not honest, so they don't lose the job. I paid someone to sit in the house and wait. That ended up costing more than the carpet cleaning.
I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of my carpet. The technician was polite and exhibited a positive attitude.
I like the way the carpets are cleaned without chemicals and my ceramic tile looks almost new after cleaning it. The service technician was informative and friendly.
