Job was professional and the worker was top notch
Services were good. However, there were a few spots left that I was able remove with a little Spot Shot. Carpet dried overnight and is fresh.
The carpet cleaning and tile cleansing is fast, thorough, and efficient! My home feels like new! The technician was courteous and worked hard.

I would have liked to have an itemized receipt. I was not present when the carpets were cleaned and the price was higher than expected. Would like to see what the additional charges were for. Please email an itemized list of the charges for the work done at our house.
Also, technician cleaned our sofa. It was not the first time your company had cleaned it. However this time when it dried the fabric is blotchy - seems like it should have been brushed or something after cleaning before it dried. Not sure if there is anything that can be done, but I'm not happy with the way it looks.
Technician was great
Hector was there when I was told he'd be, was polite, professional and did a diligent job on our carpet even though it was late, we were his last stop of the eve. He gave us the same care and attn as the first stop of the day.
we were happy with the work done, the technician was pleasant and helpful; however, he did put a container of something on an end table and it left an oily mark on the surface. We are happy with the cleaning of the carpets.
I was most impressed with your serviceman Frankie. He did an outstanding job. when he completed the cleaning of our upstairs hall carpet he asked my wife to check to see if the job was satisfactory. We really appreciated that.
Of course, I like the use of water instead of chemicals, but your people were great. That made the difference

Rep strongly suggest and stated that an additional treatment was needed for the odor. The treatment did not resolve the problem and I feel the other rooms which he said needed it probably did not. Additional cost I was not expecting and after the fact did not solve the issue
They're superior to the competition
Tec was very courtious and went over any concerns he saw. Didn't try to upsale any thing.
FYI, the tile cleaning was a B- compared to what was expected. That said, it did say tile cleaning 'Not Grout Cleaning' and it was free. If I'd paid extra I would not have been satisfied.

My tile looks brand new
I appreciate that there are always discount and special offers even though I'm not a new customer. I'm able to get my carpets cleaned because it's affordable and I appreciate that. I also like that there isn't residue left behind by cleaning products. I would prefer that the microseal product not have such an overwhelming chemical smell. I find it a little hard to believe it's safe to be in the same room with while it's drying. However, I'm very interested to see how well it works at keeping the carpet free of stains. The technicians were very kind and went out of their way to made sure the job was done well.
The final product on the carpet and the time was fantastic.
Will definitely use Zeroez again, wish you did laminate and wood floors.

The carpets look much better; however there are spots on rug that were missed or did not reappear until carpet dry yesterday. The spots need to be retreated. Mark, the service tech was very professional. When can we schedule?
