Easy and effective
Process cleans better using water and not chemicals than other companies we used in the past.
Carpet was fairly clean, yet I have had a cleaner look and feel with other services. Also a big issue for me was thetechnician smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that the odor stayed in my house hours after he left with my supposed clean carpets. Ash tray smell does not scream "I'm clean"

Jay was AWESOME! He was professional, courteous, and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets and tile. He is great at what he does.

The driver/operator was very curious, answered all of my questions about the process, and treated our furniture and walls with respect. We have several area rungs and previous carpet cleaning services have simply cleaned around them. He did the right thing and helped me move the rugs so he could clean the entire carpet.

The guy who cleaned my carpet was great. He worked hard and was very nice. However, my traffic areas did NOT come clean and the grout on my tile floors is clean in some areas and not in others. Also, I paid $75 for flash treatment in a small area where a cat had urinated, but it still smells the same. I am SO disappointed. I feel like I wasted a week's paycheck for nothing.

Timeliness, professional, friendly rep. My carport was cleaned & problem area was pointed out before technician left. Main point-> my carpet was not overly wet once the job was done & it did not take all day to dry. I will use Zerorez again.

I've used Zerorez previously and was thoroughly pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning. I quickly scheduled another appointment with Zerorez when it was time for another cleaning because my initial experience was a fabulous one. I was and still am very disappointed with the quality of service and level of customer service received. I placed a call to your office to speak with Mr. Bo Hopkins to discuss my experience but was told he was unavailable. Carpet cleaning was not even close to the level that it has been in the past. After the tile was cleaned and dried, it didn't look as if it has been cleaned and still had dirty spots. The prior tile cleaning left my floor completely clean and sparkling! Finally, I paid $250 to have my granite sealed. Your guy assured me it would be completely smooth and sealed. Not the case.... there are several rough areas on my counter and it was not sealed well. I am extremely disappointed. Someone is coming out tomorrow to address my concerns. I surely hope this person can fix what the first guy totally messed up.
