The Technician asked me if I live alone. I think that was not professional. No discussion regarding the cost of the work to be done. At the end he said I would receive an email with the price. He just told me at the end what the price would be. He got dirt on the rug when he cleaned the tile.

I like it because there is no soap use to clear carpet.

Our carpet was wet for 5 hours after the service was performed. The "dog" treatment did not take care of the dog odor in the room. Even though there was not urine in the room, I was told that it would get a dog urine smell out so I figured that it would take out a dog has been in this room smell, but it did not. The guy that cleaned the carpets was very nice and polite and worked hard while he was here.

I can't think of anything except to be more forthcoming about the prices. I Had 2 larger rooms that cost an additional $60 total.

The person who came to do the service was courteous, on time and very attentive to detail! Our carpet is over 10 years old, so we were not expecting a miracle. Everything feels so clean and fresh now!

I have Zerorez come out twice a year and my carpets look brand new after every cleaning. They even cleaned the carpet in our camper trailer and that looks brand new now. I am always impressed with the level of service and professionalism. The technicians are always friendly and make sure I am completely satisfied with the job before they leave. The Zerorez dispatchers called me 3 times to keep me updated on my appointment. That means a lot to me with my busy schedule. I will always use Zerorez!

While I appreciate your representative trying to offer additional products to keep my carpet clean throughout the cleaning process, I found it annoying. I thought you as a company should be upfront and tell the customer before the cleaning additional options and cost. That way no one time is wasted (the representative or the customers).

I had trouble from start to finish however,i am very pleased with the way associates handled the situation. Customer service was great but the office couldn't seem to get my personal information correct in the system. All in all it seems to have worked out only because the managers worked together to make sure we, the paying customers,were satisfied.
