No chemicals were used. Sucked up all of the soap cleaner that I tried to use to clean my carpets.

Hector, our serviceman, was very thorough in letting us know the procedure and product he would be using to clean our carpets. He was very careful to protect our hardwoods and corners that the cord to the cleaning machine had to go around. This is the second time we have used them and we would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

My carpet did not seem to be as clean as it was the last time and had several huge humps in carpet in the family room. This has never happened to at any time before in using you all or any one else in my entire 50 years of owning a home. Your rep told me that due to bad install, yet you all have cleaned my carpets the last 3 years or more and nothing like this happened. The service person who did these did seem to have issues with the equipment and had to take several breaks to clean or adjust the sprayer/suction hose. But again was told this happens at times and even worse than what I had. I'm sorry, but no buying this statement. Most of the raised areas have come down some but in several areas the carpet still has humps that won't go down at all. Disappointed to say the least! I will not be using your company in the future and you all have gotten business from me in our neighborhood and will being sharing my experience with my neighbors.
