Quick, no chemicals left in the carpet
I like the process
Very professional. I appreciated the service man allowing the spot check, and the pretest before beginning.
I had carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet is ok however the tile looks just as it did before. The grout wasn't even cleaned. I could have mopped my floor for a lot cheaper than $1.25 per square foot. As part of the special agreement I scheduled, I was supposed to receive 2 tickets to a MAVS game that were mailed to me. I received the tickets on March 10 for a March 9 game.
Cleans well and service associate was friendly and professional.
Service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly! Our Service tech was understanding and very patient with us...we were not ready for him when he arrived!

The guys were very nice and carefully!! They took time to answer all my questions. My carpet is only one year old but I was amazed at all the dirt and dog hair that came up although I vacuum all the time!! I will definitely use you again! Technician was professional and thorough. when I called I got the Mark Davis special the lady that made my appointment said I was to receive a dinner coupon or something that I never received.

The high quality customer service provided by the gentlemen responding to my appointment. The DFW area was experiencing severe thunder storms, hail, high winds, flooding. I was kept informed by the tech as to the driving progress to my home. They still arrived within the 2 hours arrival window. They carried out the job in a fast and efficient manner. Very courteous. A very pleasant experience. Job well done.

My appointment was for Friday, and there was a no show. I had to call twice to see when the techs were coming. On the second call we had to reschedule for Monday.
When the techs arrived on Monday, they were professional.

No chemicals
Zerorez is great! I have used them twice and not only do they make my carpets cleaner than other companies with no chemicals left over, but their technicians are some of the most professional and respectful I have ever met. Highly recommend them! MLK
The service was quick, the technicians were polite, and the carpets looked great when they finished!
I told the cleaning person that I had 2.5 hours before needing to pick up my son from school, I was late picking him up, despite multiple reassurances he would be done with time to spare. It took a long time to do one couch and room, then rushed through the rest of the cleaning. Also, the cleaning discount/package was supposed to include tile cleaning and he didn't even offer or ask about that.
