Environmentally safe.
I asked when I called if you could get a sticky glue off the carpet, which had been left by a clear plastic runner. You said yes. It is no better after the cleaning.
We have had our carpets cleaned several times by a national carpet cleaning company for the last two years. They have never been able to get stains and odors from previous owners' pets. Zerorez was able to get all stains and pet urine out, finally! Thank you Zerorez!! We will give all of our floor cleaning to Zerorez from now on!

there were some dried pet messes that were not cleaned and I'm not sure why. Have never had a problem before and I know the carpet is stained and can only come so clean but was disappointed when my mom showed me this.
