Very professional and friendly. Our floors and tile look amazing. My wife is very sensitive to strong frangrences and the processe you use not only does a great job cleaning it didn't bother her one bit

The prices were inconsistent. I called one day to ask about prices and the guy I spoke to told me one price, then the next day when I called back to schedule the appointment I was given a completely different pricing estimate.

Zane was the reprentative. knew what he was doing and was very polite. Observed the problem areas., and took care of them.
My carpet didn't get clean at all. No difference. Couldn't tell so much while it was wet, but after it dried, spots were still there.

It may not be any of Zerorez fault. The two recliners we had cleaned still don't smell fresh. I still smell the same "sweaty" smell in them.

The technician was later than scheduled. I realize that he was late because of his previous appointment. Perhaps appointments are scheduled too close together. He did not finish our job until a few minutes after 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
Not chemical based and has no fragrance left. Tech was very knowledgeable and honest with what we had for him to clean for us.
No chemicals
Time scheduling kept changing. No one called 2 days before to give me the confirmed time window as promised when I made the original appointment. I am not happy with the carpet in the master BR. I would like someone to come out and redo 3 areas in the bedroom: next to the bed, coming out of the BR into the foyer and coming out of the BR into the master bath. Thank you.
