Healthy and safe cleaning products with no smell. Easy to schedule. Zerorez has always been on time and reliable. Employees personable and efficient.
The smell did not go away after using the flash treatment. However, I did not request the Flash treatment. When I made the appointment, I told the customer service rep what our problem was and she told me that the topical treatment would work. That is what we signed up for. Instead, the guy who came to do our carpet told us we needed the Flash treatment. So, we did not anticipate paying for it as well.
Service was professional and thorough.
Zerorez is on time, professional, and the service technician was pleasant and did a wonderful job.
This is about the 3rd or 4th time Zerorez has cleaned my carpets. Zerorez is the BEST carpet cleaning company I have ever used! My tech today, Brad Kramer, did a fantastic job! Took his time and did a great job on my carpets and extracting some cat urine stains from my Master Bedroom. Will definitely use Zerorez again.

Professional technicians, coupons and special deals, flexibility during service [i.e...today we added on additional cleaning and carpet protection that was not included in original contract], pre-treatment of high traffic areas, and high percentage of water extraction that shortens drying time!
you are prompt; the gentleman knew his product, worked quickly but not neglectful --& very personable.
Carpet was cleaned very thoroughly. I like the fact that you put on pretreatment then do a brush vacuum scrub, then clean the carpet.
The cleaner who did my floors took the time to explain what he did and also his best to remove stains. A great representative of your company. I strongly recommend that you show him recognition as a wonderful employee.
Also you may want to advertise that you get a brush scrub, pretreatment and the actual cleaning for the price you pay. I think that would help people to understand why they are paying a little more for your service but it's well worth it.
Anyway follow that advice and you'll become a little busier. Keep up the great job.

Good manners & respectful
You lied. You agreed to do the service for 99.00 and not charge your enviromental fee. Even though you put me on hold and agreed you charged it anyway over my protest. You said you would be here between 1:00 and 3:00. You got here at 4:00.
You agreed to do my sisters house right across the street for the same amount and you said you would do her home between 3:00 and 5:00. You had two trucks out here and you did her house at 5:30 after I told you about her house.
TERRIBLE service. You want be doing our homes again and I would NEVER refer you to my friends or family.
Our service technician, Jimmy, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job!

To let everyone know Zerorez is a GREAT Company to do business, they did everything they said they would and my wife and I are very Pleased. I heard about them on the radio for over a couple of years, we are in a rent house at this time and have dogs and really wanted a carpet cleaning to help get reed of the smell and the area's where the dogs would mark as there spot [you know what I mean] so I thought I would give zerorez a try, I went on line and read there reviews and they where good and bad [but that's is going to happen when your a business] so I call them up and told them what I needed and we got everything I wanted done so when they got there they didn't have to try and sell me anything else and then we went over a time frame for when we could get this work done and I explain my wife and I both work so if the would have the carpet cleaner give us a 30 minute warning in the 3 hour window they have to work with and he did and it all work out perfect. When Roy Jenkins got to our house the job he did and the respect he gave my wife and dogs [our baby's] while he was there and when he was done was way better then what others were writing about in the reviews. For those of you that are wanting to use Zerorez But have read a few bad reviews, call them and let them know what you read and ask them to work with you like I did and you shouldn't have any problems,,,,,,,,,,,,I recommend Zerorez Highly and will use them again in the future. I like that there was very limited use of chemicals.
I like that you do not use a lot of chemicals to clean the carpets. I also like that the technician was friendly and professional. He wanted to do a good job and was very attentive to detail.
The fact you would provide a demo before i hired your service, Send your contract, please, for me to read BEFORE I SIGN‼️
Quick and arrived on time
The carpet smells and looks so fresh again. The customer service was fantastic!! The guy that cleaned the carpet was so informative. He was kind and so professional.
You guys were quick and efficient, very professional and kind.
I like the fact that due to the technician's explanation about what the products can do for us, I feel like I now have a much more clean home. It also dried in less than half the time it took other products to dry.
