Clean so well.
Fast and good!
I had a bad pet stain that I had doubts would come out. But it is totally gone and the carpets look and smell great!
As the name says there is Zeroresidue left in the carpets and they come clean every time I know I have white carpets
Stains are still obvious on our carpet and some of the steps at the staircase still has dark spots/lines on the sides

They made our carpets look brand new again! We recently had someone else come out before zerorez and it was horrible! Zerorez came out and got most of the stains out! Definitely would use again and highly recommend

Carpet looks cleaner or brighter than when previously cleaned (carpet is very light tan). The downside was the drying time. The carpet was wet for a very long term

I have alwsys been very pleased with my service, but this time I had the carpet cleaned on Wednesday the 10TH AND TODAY, friday the 12th they are still quite wet in spots. to the point I can't put a door mat back on top of the carpet. In the past they dried a whole lot quicker, like on same day! technician was very courteous and professional, but I would like my carpet to dry quicker.

The quality of your products and services was excellent. The technician took his time and covered the corners so that the walls wouldn't get dirty. We would definitely recommend Zeroes and use them again.
The house smells clean and fresh when the cleaning is finished. Carpets look great for sometime afterward.
