Poor service
I was satisfied however advertising suggest that all spots can be removed easily without up charges.
Leaves carpet soft with no residue. Frankie, the technician that came to my house was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Frankie was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have already told several friends about Zerorez.

I called zerorez because I had heard the advertisements on the radio and zerorez because I had heard the advertisements on the radio and thought I would give it a try.I set up the appointment for 3-5 because I wouldn't get off work until then. Then I get an automated call that it was moved back to 1! So, I made arrangements to have my husband be there, then, someone calls me that the tech is cowing after 3! He doesn't come until 4... the original estimate on the phone for one living room carpet and a side chair is about $140. We discuss the treatment of animal urine and locate on a multi colored dark carpet and the technician tells me that normally he has a special light to find the areas but he doesn't have it with him today. :-( we discuss the treatment of animals urine and the fact that it would be hard to locate on a multi colored dark carpet and the technician tells me that normally he has a special light to find the areas but he doesn't have it with him today. :-( The cost to treat each basketball size area is 60 or 75 dollars, per area, depending on the treatment. We decide to let me think about while he gets started. I hadn't moved anything from the area and ask him about how much furniture he moves. He tells me that he can't move more than 50 pounds. So I tell him that's ok about not moving the entertainment center and the China cabinet. So, I leave the room and he gets started. He then asks me about the treatment and I tell him that I just want the standard cleaning because I feel it's not worth the extra cost. About 15 minutes later, he says he is done! I'm thinking that was pretty fast so I check and very few things have been moved. I ask about the cloth footstool that is sitting directly on the carpet and ask if he did under it. He says yes and I said won't the wet carpet make it wet? So he gets some Styrofoam squares and puts them under it.I start feeling the carpet under my side tables and other things and the carpet is dry. Then I feel under the footstool and it is dry! He hadn't done under it at all!So I ask about why he hadn't done under the tables and he said because he wasn't allow to move fragile things! I said he should have told me that at first. If I hadn't checked, he wouldn't have done more than half of the carpet! So, I start moving things myself and showing him all the area he missed! At the end, he starts to add on the treatment and I said that I had told him I didn't want that because the carpet wasn't worth the extra expense. To his credit, he didn't argue about that. The tech was very, very polite through the whole process and that was nice. But I feel like I got taken when very little was moved and I feel like he lied to me about the footstool. As for the treatment, maybe techs should have people sign something so there can be no misunderstanding.
Especially like the pet-friendly products you use. The service is always top notch. I appreciate being notified of not only a reminder of the appointment, but that the technician is on his way.
The technician was pleasant and professional. He didn't make a mess in the house.

Be more communicative if delayed; I had to call to check on the status each time, and the technician never let us know when they were 30 min away
the service techs are always professional and they call 30 minutes before arrival. Everything is explained well even though I am a past client they make sure to tell me about the improvements in the system for cleaning that have been made since my last cleaning.

This was our first time using Zerorez but my mother recommended them to me. The service was AMAZING! I can't believe some of the stains that our technician, Corey, was able to get out. Plus he was super informative and gave us great information on how to keep our carpet looking its best, longer. My husband was really impressed with Corey. We will definitely be calling again and asking for Corey specifically. Plus, I love how they can clean the carpets without any harsh chemicals. Thanks for making my house look so great and feeling wonderful!
I loved that there was no residue and my carpet wasn't sticky when I returned home after the drying time. Braxton was an awesome technician...very personable and knowledgeable!

Carpet cleaning and tile cleaning was great.
HOWEVER, it seems the technician may have damaged our reclining sofa.
I noticed he moved it back it to place, but the next time we used the reclining lever it broke off. It is possible the he pulled the sofa by the lever, which damaged it.
