No deodorizer to freshen the air after the cleaning and pet odor. Kitchen floor was left with water standing all over. Very disappointed in the service level.

I had almost my entire house cleaned and yet the house smelled musty afterwards and not fresh, as I had hoped.

My floors were left too wet. Took more than 14 hours to dry. Now I'm worried about mold in the pad. You rescheduled a redo for Friday but it's a lot of work to prep and I'm not sure I want it. I'd like a call from a manager to talk about it.

I've used zerorez several times but always with a different technician. I've always been pleased in the past but I'm having a retreatment tomorrow because some stains, which I pointed out, didn't come out.
