The second service man arrived on time and did his work in a very professional manner without sounding so patronizing like the first day's service man.

My carpet was wet from Friday, December 11th until Monday a.m., December 14th. The technician said he could not lower the psi from 1000; consequently my wood floors butting up
to the carpet in 3 areas were wet. I spent Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday trying to
dry carpets and washed several loads of towels. I called Zerorez Saturday am, December 12th and they sent Braxton Stewart out. He turned 3 fans on in 3 rooms for 7 minutes each room and took notes, assuring me a manager would call me on Monday. No one called. I called Zerorez again and talked with Rondey Bolden about a refund on my carpet cleaning. He was going to call me back yesterday, December 16th but I still have not heard from him. I called the office again today and was told that he (Rondey) was out of the office, as were all of the supervisors. I asked that someone, preferably Rondey call me today and was informed by Samantha she could give the message but not promise they would call. I cannot recall ever with ANY type of service I have had, experienced such very very poor customer service and ask by this e-mail that someone in upper management call me as soon as they receive this feedback. I know that this is not likely, but I wish that you would consider adding cloth vehicle seats and floor boards.

I felt that my service was overpriced and I didn't get half the value. Zerorez quoted me 229 but the salesman up sold and uphold and did not deliver properly. My home carpets are brand new, only 3 months old and were clean as can be and no stains. There were only 2 marks were someone with a sandy shoe walked on the carpet and it was still there when the service rep left. My carpets were soaking. The carpets now smell of a damp odor. The 45 charged for protection was wasted because the crew came back next day to auction out the water and all the protection came off. I paid 529 + 60 for tip. That is 600. The svc rep spent 3 minutes on my stairs but I was charged 60 for stairs inside my home. He charged 125 for tiles when it should have been free and the tiles look no different than they were before he did anything with it. He left two areas of tile with some sealant residue making it look like candle wax that left a wet shadow in two spots. Very sad for the amount I paid and the value I got.

I think you should have some kind of special deal if a person has only ONE carpeted room in the house. I thought it was kind of high $$$ to do my carpet and the couch. I told the person the couch only needed the sitting part of the couch and he could do my recliners because the back of the couch never gets dirty or touched. I thought it was a total waste of his time and product. Just saying.
