You over charged for chemicals to treat pet stains, the chemical did not work. My carpet was dirty and did not look or feel clean. I called to have a technician come out to repeat the process and was given a unacceptable date.
I have disputed the charges with my credit card company.

Matt though came very late, was kind enough to stay late and finish the work.
Carpets looked, smelled better. Friendly tech. Informed me of up-sale products with heavy pressure - just good sales techniques; I took one of them.
The tile that you cleaned? in my shower didn't look much better after you left than it did before you came. There is still mildew in the grout. I had a handyman install a light bulb in the ceiling the same day and he started telling me what I could use to clean it. He was shocked when I told him I had just paid to have it cleaned the same day.

The educational and friendly person
I'm not sure. The man that came was very nice. I guess I didn't ask the right questions before he started the cleaning, my carpet has a dirty trail where we walked, I assumed that would be gone after the cleaning. It was not!
I think it really does clean the carpet well. And both times I've used your company, you've sent pleasant technicians that haven't made me feel like they're trying to up charge everything.
The care giver at my home stated the technician had a non working part of equipment.The living room was poorly done and needs to be recleaned ASAP.Does not look done and for $200.00 dollars I would appreciate CLEAN carpets.Call my cell Phone number removed to schedual redo.
ON time, courteous and fast. He was in and out of here in an hour. Carpets look new.
My carpet looks the same as it did before you arrived!! Your technology doesn't seem to work and is no better than other carpet cleaning companies. We are very disappointed with the results.
Disappointing for our first service.
Only one service tech was present. He didn't put all furniture on blocks. Instead he moved chairs into kitchen & left them there. Mark(homeowner) had shoulder surgery & should not have to move anything back,so it would have been good to have that second tech that could have assisted with putting furniture on blocks. We were to recieve 100 sq. feet of tile cleaned free with our service,but since he was unable to clean our kitchen floor, he didn't offer to clean any tile floors.
We did call back for the free tile cleaning and they cleaned 2 bathroom tile floors that totaled 100 s.f.
I will have to think hard before I contact them for another service.
I have never had a bad experience with any of Zerorez service personal. Carpets look great when they leave. They are always very nice.
The products used made the carpet look great,and smell fresh. The young man who did the
carpet was very knowledgable of carpet cleaning and very professional. He did an excellent
job cleaning my carpet.
Easy to schedule, no chemicals!
Dauril was awesome. Carpet was dry less than an hour. He used corner guards and shoe covers to take care of our home. He did an amazing job on our tile! He is a man of integrity and was a joy to have in our home.
On time and did a great job
Although my carpet is over 20 years old, it looks new after Zerorez cleans it and it stays clean without old spots popping back up. The "no residue" makes all the difference. They are very reasonable and the technicians are always very professional as well as friendly.
We had our carpets cleaned by you last year and the results were very good. About 3 weeks ago, we had our carpets cleaned again by you and the dirty spots are already coming back. Our carpet is not in bad shape and we don't have any kids to mess them up all the time. I
was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work this year.

We have always had great results. But this time there were alot of spots that were missed especially in the high traffic areas. They usually get all areas cleaned. Not as satisfied as times past.
You are still manually collecting credit card information. With the current state of credit card security issues, I choose not to risk my privacy by using your services. Actual cleaning services were excellent and the technician was very professional and thorough.
Carpets r hardly wet and the best clean I have ever had.
