Service was great! My carpet looks wonderful.
the carpets are very clean now and I love that there is no soap used. no residue. i could feel the difference on my feet when i walked on it. also, the guy who did the work was very friendly, clean and very nice to have around. i will definitely use you again and I will request the same technician. I like the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals. Also, your representative was prompt and showed up on time ready to work. Durnell was amazing and did a really fine job. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Zerorez and Durnell without hesitation.
Stick to what was agreed to on the phone, explain pricing of additional treatments when additional to is suggested.
I was so pleased that the grease spots were removed from my carpets that I was unable to get out. My carpets look fresh and clean again. The technician that came to my home was very friendly and professional.
They clean the carpet thoroughly, and leave it looking almost new. When they have to come back to retreat a spot, they are glad to do it, and their next treatment pretty well takes care of it.
You call a day in advance and call when you are on your way. You don't put chemicals in the carpet. The rep you sent was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Tech was fantastic, paid special attention to being through and took pride in his work.

Spot treatment should be included in the price for cleaning the carpets. It seemed very pricy for carpet cleaning. Also, the price for a hallway was ridiculous. Almost as much as an entire room! I will recommend, but will mention the price so others are prepared. Our technician was very polite .
