No toxic residue left in my carpet. Technician so SO nice! What a sweet fellow. He was professional and cared so much about making my carpets extra clean! I was planning to replace my carpet in a few years but it looks so good that I think I can go a little longer!
My only problem was with scheduling. When I made my appointment over the phone I was told it would be 8-12am window. I received an email that had the date but no time slot indicated. At 12:30 I called and was told I was in the 1:30-3:30pm time slot. The techs arrived at 3:00. I had other things I was planning on doing that afternoon which I could have done in the morning if I had been told the correct time.

Great customer service when they are here. Phone service needs a little help. I was on hold a LOnG time. They called to confirm and the tech had already come and gone. Overall a good experience.
You were able to get out all the old stains in the original carpet in our house. Bradly Kramer was very courteous and worked very hard. He was able to answer all my questions completely.

The technician was very nice but he forgot a spray bottle of stain oxidizer that my child found. I don't know if it has chemicals or not but kind of freak me out a little. Also he left a soaked white towel after he cleaned my bathroom tiles.
Also he had a runny nose and wiped his fingers on his pants after touching his nose. I offered tissues. But I had to disinfect my credit card after he touched it with his hands. I am not trying to be difficult but because I work in healthcare,I am conscious about those things.Simple hygiene rules.
I recommend maybe to do a tour of the areas with homeowner after the work is done.
He did a good job with the carpet cleaning ,but is the other things that bother me.
What can you do to make things right? I will leave that up to you.
