Your price point is too high. I understand $33 per room, but with a small 2 bedroom and combo living /dining it should be 3 room charge. 80% of the rooms are furniture so you are really only using the wand on the other 20%. Will have to go back to Stanley Steemer on next cleaning for this reason.

I was told I would be contacted when the service technician was on his way (30 minutes away). I received a call after he was here and cleaning the first room.
I was quoted a price of $230 but it was $319 for the service.

Good experience in past, but this technician did not spot treat areas I requested. Small juice dribbles from kids and those did not come out. Last clean, the technician spot treated and focused on my "areas of concern". my carpet was cleaned and no stains left. This time, these similar pots were not focused on even after my request and they remained in carpet.

Do a great job!

Joshua was very conscientious and understood my expectations.
He was genuine and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
He was also kind to my nosy neighbor who popped in to ask about the company's services.

I would have liked to have an itemized receipt. I was not present when the carpets were cleaned and the price was higher than expected. Would like to see what the additional charges were for. Please email an itemized list of the charges for the work done at our house.
Also, technician cleaned our sofa. It was not the first time your company had cleaned it. However this time when it dried the fabric is blotchy - seems like it should have been brushed or something after cleaning before it dried. Not sure if there is anything that can be done, but I'm not happy with the way it looks.

Technician was great

Hector was there when I was told he'd be, was polite, professional and did a diligent job on our carpet even though it was late, we were his last stop of the eve. He gave us the same care and attn as the first stop of the day.

we were happy with the work done, the technician was pleasant and helpful; however, he did put a container of something on an end table and it left an oily mark on the surface. We are happy with the cleaning of the carpets.

I was most impressed with your serviceman Frankie. He did an outstanding job. when he completed the cleaning of our upstairs hall carpet he asked my wife to check to see if the job was satisfactory. We really appreciated that.
