On my invoice it said I received a free tile cleaning. This is t accurate. Didn't even know about it until I received an email with the invoice.

On time, quick, efficient service
The guy who came out to clean was very nice and respectful. My only complaint is that I still see spots on the rug in several areas. Not sure if any actual pretreatment was done in these areas before general cleaning. Would like someone to come out and work a little more on these areas. Everything else looks great!

Was given a window of 3-5pm. Arrived at 6:45pm. No fans for drying carpet as seen on website. Didn't get up all stains. Didn't receive Hawaiin Falls tickets as heard on radio ad.
This is only my second time using zero Rez and after the first visit months ago, I was very pleased with the first visit. My daughter-in-law thought I had purchased new carpet when in fact all we did was have carpet cleaned by Zero Rez. This time, after the carpet dried, we could still detect spots and stains whereas that was not our experience the first time. Also, the first time our kitchen tiled floor looked brand new once it was cleaned and the groute looked like it had just been dried and was newly layed tile. This time, that was not the case unfortunately. I would like to inquire on the time of experience in doing this type job between the first employee and the second as it may just be the experience in doing that job to the top notch ability that the first guy did. For the first time it seems like this has really worked, our carpets are cleaner than ever and look brand new. Our Technician's name was Jimmy, and He was personable, friendly and very experienced at His job. He took great care of each and every room of our house. When it came to problem area's He knew exactly what to do. With a great technician and great products, I feel like we have the cleanest floors in the neighborhood and no more worries. My carpet looks great and stays cleaner longer.
carpet looked great when it was wet but when it dried I have large dark brown sports on my light beige carpet. I called and left a message this morning 6/26/16 as soon as I saw the condition of my carpet. I am anxious to see what your company will do about this.
