We are very pleased with the quality of work in cleaning our carpet. Although we did call them back to redo a couple of spots, the technician was extremely courteous.

Had the stairs cleaned but the tech did not use a brush to agitate the carpet - many spots still remain on the stairs. Main carpet looks great.

Chris did an excellent job of cleaning the tile and carpet. He particularly covered all the stained spots with diligence and thoroughness. He explained well about all the methods the company uses to extricate the heavily soiled areas as well as the general carpet. I could tell he was well versed in his position. A job well done!

The technician was honest and told me upfront that the red stains may not come out of our white carpet and offered to clean one room so I could see if I wanted the service or not.

Mr. Finley was very professional and knowledgeable about the services. I was amazed that you were about to get chocolate cocoa out of my carpet! I also liked that my house did not smell of chemicals when he was finished.
Tech spent a lot of time trying to get pet stains out of hall area and I'm sure he did a great job. However, there is still a small odor of pee now that carpet has dried.
Customer service was wonderful, and our specialists were extremely personable. The price, however, was steep for what he had done. We had two stains removed (a crayon drawing on a toy closet carpet, and a pet stain in another room) and we paid $175. (ball park figure).
