Stains are not completely gone

Process is clean with no residue - washes and dries fast as needed. Technician was knowledgeable experienced and finished 3 rooms I less than 2 hours. Great job. we have used Zerorez three times in past 6 years.

We paid a lot of $$ for the microseal, and we keep noticing that stains DO NOT puddle on top or clean up as easily as we were told.
We have had someone out 2 more times since the original job was done.
The stains haven't come out.
Very disappointed in the expensive micro seal.
