Clean feeling and no odors after service.
The technician was extremely nice and accommodating, however, I paid $240 to have 1 room, a hallway and a stairwell cleaned, and my room still smells like let urine (the reason I chose zerorez

Where do I begin? They were thorough, professional, and the results were so far above and beyond what my previous carpet cleaning company had provided that I was amazed. They not only did a thorough job cleaning the carpet overall, but paid special attention to spots I pointed out to them and removed them, and they removed pet urine that I thought I had done a much better job of getting out when it happened. I had no idea that pet hair was so deeply embedded in the carpet. I really thought I had vacuumed my carpet well. I will never call anyone else!
