I love how fast my carpet dried and how great you guys are at customer service.
Like the concept of using treated water rather than soap or chemicals on the carpets. Technician was efficient and non-assuming and did an excellent job. Gave be unsolicited suggestions on care of the carpets.

The tech was very knowledgable and friendly. He explained the process clearly and was in and out quickly leaving behind a spectacular job. Our carpets have never been cleaner!
Quality of service!
Tech was easy to work with and he took time to explain various items.
Technician was a nice guy but he needed to pay more attention to detail. Water leaked onto my hardwood floors in several places and i had to clean it up. He didn't wear the coverings over his shoes which i thought they were always suppose to wear. The corner protectors moved around and didn't really protect the corners. Because i have a dog that has peed all over our house i ended up switching to the pet treatment but then i didn't get the 20% discount and my tile was not cleaned. I ended up spending a lot more money and don't really feel it was worth it. Never really understood how the pet treatment was different from the regular cleaning. He explained that it encapsulated the urine but wasn't clear what did that and what he did that encapsulated the urine. Like i said earlier the technician was nice but didn't get the impression he really knew what he was doing. Would like to have the 20% credited and my tile cleaned!
very clean process....technician was excellent...very proficient way of doing carpets.
The technician was very professional, completely explained the process and the carpets look great. He was able to get out stains that had been in the carpet for years. You can be sure I will use Zerorez again next year.
get my information in the system correctly. They keep calling the wrong phone number and each time I give them the correct one, but they fall back to the original order several years ago.

Floor in hallway and master did not look clean when dry. Would like a return visit to redo the area.

I saw you on Good Morning Texas and it showed you really making a big difference to some really bad carpet but I don't feel that I got that result. I think you might do well, just not as much as you advertised.
Customer service telephone representative was not helpful. The carpet cleaner was argumentative. Blue stains were left as residue on my carpet. No one came back to clean them. This is the worst service, quality and experience I have ever had. I will never use nor recommend again. I will add a bad review to Google too
VERY CAPeable people. They come in and get to work and finish quickly and you are left with carpet that looks brand new. I would not think of having any one else clean my carpet.
